Lovely apartment in safe and secure area. Walking distance to El Poblado and everything that area has to offer.

Ivan was great, responsive and generally a nice guy. The unit itself is very unique, spacious and comfortable. Great indoor outdoor use of space. It’s loud at night because the apartment is just at the top of the strip. but with white noise it’s all good. Location is very central to the nice part of Medellín. Great spot overall. Everyone was happy

Es perfecto, la casa es preciosa y está muy bien cuidada. Todo funcionó bien. La propiedad es bellísima y hay senderos y bosques muy agradables. El recorrido con Juan fue maravilloso, él es un gran huésped y persona.

I spent an incredible week at this Airbnb in Laureles, Medellín. The view is breathtaking, the modern aesthetic is sleek, and the 24/7 doorman makes you feel safe. However, there are a few minor drawbacks. The bed is VERY firm and makes a LOT of noise. The water pressure in the shower is also quite weak. Additionally, due to the natural build of the building, small ants can migrate in, so be sure to keep food and trash sealed. Despite these quirks, I highly recommend booking this Airbnb. The pros far outweigh the cons, and the experience is unforgettable. Just be aware of the minor issues, and you'll be all set for an amazing stay!
