Come and unwind at our 'intimate piece of paradise!' We started building this cabin in 2022, with the dream of having a personal get away spot. Everything you see is handcrafted by myself, wife and our two kids. There's amenities that we think everyone will love, including: heated floors, heated towel rack, bath tub on the front porch, huge windows and so much more! This quaint upstairs unit sits right across the street from the Downtown Florence Library and just a couple blocks away from all the action in downtown Florence and a 5 minute walk to the UNA campus. Please note one private, secure unit is the upstairs and the 2nd private, secure unit is the downstairs. Private entrances. You are going to love being able to walk to every place in downtown Florence. The house is next to all the action, but yet still in a peaceful setting.

Historic Court St Home steps from UNA and downtown

This home has a long and unique history dating back to the 1800's. It is practically on UNA's campus, just a 2 minute walk to Starbucks & Chick-fil-A to the north, and a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and shops of downtown Florence to the south. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a coffee nook with microwave and fridge. Downstairs there is more living space with a dining table and living room. New cleaning company as of 11/24!

Come relax in our cottage on beautiful Shoals Creek. Enjoy your private cottage located on the same property as the owner's home, but with plenty of space in between for privacy. Brightly decorated with a full bath, kitchen and bedroom. Plus, two futons that make out into full size beds. Great swimming and fishing off the pier. Just 12 miles from downtown Florence if you'd like to visit or stay and totally relax on the lake.
