Sleepy Hollow

Quiet, Private & Secure. Sleepy Hollow is a unique safe space for women & children. I have created a cozy space where you can escape to retreat & recharge. My garden is a sanctuary for birdlife and night critters feasting on nuts from my trees 🌲 In the apartment on ground floor you have a comfy cozy queen size bed, dining table & chairs, a kitchenette with microwave and some cooking facilities. Upstairs is a loft with a double bed and work place which has a peaceful vibe amongst the treetops 🌲

40 acre farm just metres from the Tyers River

Your own private farm and earthy retreat with loads of river frontage and glorious views. The Tyers River is fed from Mt Baw Baw snow fields and offers great trout fishing. Sections of the river are shallow in summer and relatively safe for kids. The farm is horse friendly with stables. Outdoor dining and quiet and secluded meditation spaces make this a great option for small groups on retreat. Kayaks, walking tracks. Rawson MTB tracks are a 5 min bike ride. The Walhalla pub is a 25 min drive.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful off grid farm stay, enjoy the outdoor fire pit bath, pick seasonal farm produce , collect the eggs enjoy the serenity . Sit with a glass of wine by the fire 🔥listen to the frogs in the dam or down near the creek. We are often visited by kookaburras Koalas,wombats and more. If your visit is during overcast or cold periods Please take time to read the fireplace instructions & house hold manual before lighting the fire to avoid smoking yourself out :)

Sleep well in my Nostalgic Red Rattler

Step back in time and imagine the days of steam travel in this original 1880's Red Rattler Carriage. Tastefully furnished with period furniture, a cosy queen-sized bed plus bunk beds for two children.
