The self-contained LOWER level of the house consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry/mudroom, & an open living space spanning the kitchen, dining, & living room. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. It is located 2 miles from downtown Moscow on 7 acres with pine trees and fruit trees in a country setting. This studio apartment with a lower floor private entrance is an all in one cheerful room with an equipped compact kitchen, a double sized Murphy bed, a masonry stove fireplace, a loveseat and a colorfully tiled shower. Restored 1909 Train Carriage on 145 Acres

Stay in a restored 1909 train car, with a sauna and hot tub. Set amid forest and wheat fields with beautiful views. Spectacular night skies and lots of solitude round out the experience. This car ran on the Washington Idaho & Montana Railway from 1909 until around 1955. It was, (and is), car number 306, bought new from the American Car and Foundry Co.
