Perfect romantic get-away, a quiet retreat/chill-out spot with Luleå's amenities just a bus/bike ride away. Sleep in a comfy bed and have a sauna by the lake! Dishwasher & washing machine, 2 km to supermarket. Trails for running and skiing right by house. Ski/skate/bike/kayak rental. In winter see the northern lights over the frozen lake, the location and view is stunning. Wifi 500/500. Welcome!

Guest cabin

Nyrenoverat gästhus ca 40m2 golvyta, med de flesta bekvämligheter i ett hem. Närhet till vatten med en liten strand som vintertid är ett populärt promenadstråk. Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

Cabin front of the lake - Blueberry Lodge

Discover our lodge concept in the heart of Swedish’s Lapland, in harmony with nature. We thought those cottages in respect with the environnement, perfectly equipped to spend unforgettable moments. A cosy chalet of around 60 sqm, all comfort that can accommodate 5 people. it has a room downstair for two people and a second one on the loft for three people. It also has a private bathroom, full-equipped kitchen and a comfortable open living room. Every chalet has its own private terrace.

Karins red cottage

Välkommen till KARINS RED COTTAGE. Huset är beläget intill väg 97, mellan Storklintens vintersportanläggning och staden Boden, (16 km från Boden,20 km från Storklinten). Inom 3 km från boendet finns möjlighet att hyra snöskoter, turridning med islandshästar, ponnyridskola, gym och guidade turer i vårt hjorthägn. Det finns ett varmgarage sammanbyggt med huset som kan användas som vallabod. Som gäst hos Karins R C har ni tillgång till egen strand med brygga där man kan bada och fiska.

This is a comfortable modern house in the nature overlooking a beautiful calm river Luleälv. Panorama windows, large terrace with views and lots of light. Calm beautiful area less than 1 hour from higher mountains and 10 minutes in car for shops. Very private perfect for nature excursions, kayak, skiing, cross country or slalom or just relaxing in the middle of the nature and enjoying wildlife and nature. It´s a dream from children and safe, also perfect for well behaved dogs.

Friluftshuset vid Snöberget

Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

Gäststuga med obegränsade fritidsaktiviteter

Newly built farm house by the sea and beach with proximity to nature and the fireplace on the beach, use free equipment for cross-country skiing, kick-skating and ice fishing at the cottage. There is an ice road suitable for walking, cross-country skating and kick-skating. Forest paths for walking and picking berries, bathing jetty and sandy beach for swimming. Free access to bicycles, small boat and fishing equipment. Minimum 4 nights for booking unless otherwise agreed.

Unika trädhuset vid sjön

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Njut av härlig natur runt husknuten. Ta ett dopp från bryggan, tänd den vedeldade bastun vid sjökanten. Ro en tur med båten. Laga mat över öppen eld. Besök havsbad, mysigt sommarkafé eller gårdsbutik i närheten under sommartid. Vintertid finns hundspann inte långt ifrån huset. Besök den fina isbanan som sträcker sig mellan södra och norra hamn inne i Luleå. Är du kanske en av de lyckliga som får uppleva det magiska norrskenet?

Nybyggd stuga i vackert läge

Stugan färdigställdes sensommaren 2024 och är nu redo för uthyrning. Den har ett väldigt fint, soligt och privat läge på en udde vid Lule älv. Stugan består av ett stort allrum med fullt utrustat kök, matplats för 6 personer, stor soffa och en TV. På samma våningsplan finns också badrum med tvättmöjligheter, två sovrum och en bastu. Stugan har dessutom ett stort sovloft med en ostörd utsikt över älven. Stugan har en stor möblerad altan med grill.

The main building of 75m2 is all refurbished with two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and a new bathroom. Large windows and a major outside terrace, offers you a breathtaking view through all seasons.
