Villa elegante en un solo livel de 1500 M2 de terreno y de 450 M2 de estructura. 5 habitaciones con ducha y baño respectivo, aire acondicionado en todas las piezas. Internet Starlink, magnífica piscina de agua salada en desbordamiento de 12m sobre 4 de largo. Jardin amplio, garaje cubierto, lavandería. Barbacoa de gaz. Luz AC se paga aparte.
