The house is steps from a calm, beautiful beach - Playa Las Ballenas - just a 3 minute walk from the house. The house has 3 bedrooms with capacity to sleep 6, a pool shared with two other houses, natural finishings, A/C and wifi everywhere, and an outdoor terrace.

Petite maison sur flanc de colline, belle vue mer, à 8 minutes à pied du centre du village et de toutes commodités. La maison est composée d'un salon cuisine, 1 chambre + une mezzanine, salle de bain, toilettes. Attention, vous devrez, pour accéder à la maison monter par un escalier d'environ une centaine de marches. De ce fait la maison peut ne pas convenir à tout le monde. Mais la vue mer est si belle depuis la terrasse!!!
