Leiligheten er en del av komplekset Aquamarina og ligger i 7. etg med heistilgang fra resepsjonen. Flott utsikt over havet og fellesområdet, samt ettermiddagssol. Hovedsoverommet har to enkeltsenger som lett skyves sammen til dobbeltseng. Godt med garderobeplass og knagger. Det lille soverommet har dobbeltseng. Sovesofa for inntil 2 i stua. Totalrenovert de siste 15 årene, senest med nytt kjøkken i 2022 og aircondition i mai 2024. Stort flott bad. Vaskemaskin i skap på terrassen. Wifi og TV

In het kleinschalige Caleton Blanco complex aan de boulevard van Puerto del Carmen met bars, restaurants, shops en faciliteiten. Vanaf de boulevard direct toegang tot het lange zandstrand. De locatie ligt centraal tussen de oude en de nieuwe stad. Het appartement is gelijkvloers op de begane grond met zeezicht vanaf het ruime terras in een rustig complex met goed onderhouden tuinen en gemeenschappelijk zwembad met kinderbad. Via een paar luie trappen staat u direct op de boulevard en het strand.

This stylish downfloor apartment near pool, has a spacious terrace for your outside dinning and sunbeds It features a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine ideal for larger stays. beautiful bathroom with shower plate. comfortable sofabed and a place for your computer in case you want to work from home. quiet dead end street close to playa chica (divers beach) and the port for you boat excursions and lovely restaurants. Attached to the complex is a restaurant and supermarket.

From the spacious terrace you can enjoy the view of the massive pool, the lush garden and the sea! The apartment is situated 100 meters from the nearest beach. Right opposite the apartment you will find a tapas bar and restaurants. Just 50 metres around the block, there are shops, supermarkets and a private health clinic. No car required.
