“Casa Romero” is a peaceful, cozy and centrally-located place. Nearly close to the airport, shopping malls and tourist attractions. With a kitchen and pet friendly environment. We are near of bakery’s And a lot other restaurants . Shopping mall like “Plaza Carolina” and places like Walmart , Sam’s and Costco, the nearest beach in Isla Verde , airport and some other touristic places are from 10 to 15 minutes away. Old San Juan 30 min , El Yunke Forest 30 min , Hacienda Campo Rico 5 min .

Super comfortable Family Home w/ private pool

Welcome to our exclusive property located in a private community with 24/7 security, just 15 min from Old San Juan, Condado, touristic places. Only 20 min from SJU Airport. Furnitures, decoration and equipment were chosen to be of the outmost comfort and everything in the house is new. There are TVs with cable TV in all rooms and WiFi available. Patio is nice with large pool & BBQ area to enjoy. Ideal for families and group of friends. This is NOT a young people's party home!

Spectacular! Roof Pool, 10 steps to Beach, Groups

My place is 10 steps to the Ocean park beach, family-friendly activities, volley on the beach, kitesurf, windsurf, full of restaurants walking distance, nightlife, public transport, 10 min. to the airport. If you come with pets we need to know in advance and you will pay $200 per pet upon arrival in cash. I have free parking upon request before arrival. High velocity WIFI. 24/7 care and water tanks and plant (since Maria the companies cut water and electricity often)

Power Generator/ cistern. Private apartment close to beach and airport. 7 minutes walking to the beach, 10 minutes driving from airport and Old San Juan. Private entrance, fast Wifi, Smart TV, equipped kitchen, and a large table if you need to work remotely. The apartment is located in a residential area, a very quiet street with little traffic noise. Tennis and basket court in front in the premises. Pets are welcome. Outside seating area and Hammock.
