Beautiful luxury two story house with private pool located 20 min from the airport and beach, at a community with double gated security entrances. Perfect for families/corporate groups. The house has a huge kitchen, open spaces, office, terrace, wood playhouse for children and private pool. Master bedroom has a beautiful big bathroom with bathtub and double shower. This house sits only 450 meters from Condado Beach and 250 meters from Ahford ave. Where all the hotels, casinos, restaurants, bars and pubs are. It has 1,000 mega download and upload internet, plus full generator! Close to Old San Juan, San Juan Convention Center, Isla Verde, and SJU Airport. Condado Beach, San Juan is about 45 minutes from the El Yunque Rainforest.

A Cozy Place Like Home.

Gated community with 24/7 security officers and access control. Quiet neighborhood, two-story house, fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi, and swimming pool with jacuzzi. Independent A/C units in each bedroom, all bedrooms upstairs. The Master bedroom has a balcony. Costco, Walgreens, gas stations, three malls, and restaurants are minutes away. Approximately eleven miles from Dorado beach and fifteen miles from Isla Verde beach. A auto-generator is on premises in the event of an electrical outage.

Super comfortable Family Home w/ private pool

Welcome to our exclusive property located in a private community with 24/7 security, just 15 min from Old San Juan, Condado, touristic places. Only 20 min from SJU Airport. Furnitures, decoration and equipment were chosen to be of the outmost comfort and everything in the house is new. There are TVs with cable TV in all rooms and WiFi available. Patio is nice with large pool & BBQ area to enjoy. Ideal for families and group of friends. This is NOT a young people's party home!

All bedrooms are fully equipped with air conditioning, WIFI, TV, etc. The property has a fully equipped kitchen. The first floor host a family, living, dining, kitchen and two bedrooms with full access to the pool area. The second floor consists of family room with TV, office and outside deck with BBQ. Charming house in the heart of Santurce, located near "La Placita" known to be the best nightlife in town. The house has all the amenities you might need for an excellent vacation.
