Estupendo apartamento situado en lo alto Tazacorte, municipio de Europa con más horas de Sol al año, desde el cual se puede disfrutar de unas preciosas vistas del pueblo y del mar. El apart es muy luminoso y cuenta con un balcón donde podremos observar las espectaculares puestas de Sol. Se encuentra a 1 km del Centro del Pueblo y a 2 km de la playa, también podremos acceder andando (5´al pueblo y 15´a la playa). Parada del autobús justo delante de la vivienda. Ambiente muy acogedor y tranquilo.

Offering 2 beautiful patios (1 as a private parking and 1 as an outdoor dining area with 2 sun lounges, outdoor barbecue grill and electric darts) 2 rooms (3 beds) 1 bathroom with washing machine, clothes rack and heated towel rail, 1 fully equipped kitchen and 1 living room with dining area, tv, WiFi and fire place. However, the views and attractions are what make us special.

The area is a sea of tranquility and many hiking trails can be accessed easily by feet from the house. The house was completely renovated in 2023. A 40/5 mbps Internet connection is available by both WiFi and Ethernet ports for those working remotely. The house is located at 650 m above sea level.
