Villa Tequila is a well maintained unit in the Marbella Casitas. These are beautiful townhome style properties with spectacular ocean views and easy beach access to the pristine Playa Encanto (Enchanted Beach). The Villa includes a main suite with private bathroom on the first floor, a large kitchen with dining area, living room and sofa sleeper on the 2nd floor and the an upstairs loft with 2 twin size beds. There is an additional full bathroom on the 2nd floor. Villa Tequila sleeps 6 comfort

Beautiful Sea of Cortes View, Bella Vista

Beautiful newly renovated home with Sea of Cortez and golf course views. Located in a small gated community with a pool. This house has everything you could want for a great time in Rocky Point. The margarita deck is perfect for hanging out with a dining set, grill and gravity chairs to enjoy the view. The deck off the main level has awesome views with built in benches and cushions. 15 min walking distance to the beach! There is some noise on the weekends. Plenty of space for trailers and RTVs
