Cozy 2BR/2BA mid-century modern home, great for tournament families or working travelers. This is also my personal home when I’m not traveling & I share it with guests while I’m away. Sleeping setup: 1 king, 1 full, futon sofa bed and two queen air mattresses. Minutes from Etown Sports Park, downtown, Freeman Lake & the hospital. Fully equipped kitchen plus a Pac-Man arcade game that kids love. Backyard opens to a large community field with baseball and soccer space, plus a grill and fire pit

Located only 3 miles from downtown, 5 miles from the Sportspark, and 5.5 miles from BlueOval, this 3400 sq. ft. house offers 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths, 2 half baths, and lots of entertainment options inside and out. Outdoor spaces include a screened porch, gas grill, tiki bar, dining table, fire pit, basketball goal, and outdoor living area with TV. The walk-out basement offers a bar with 2 TVs, pinball machine, game room, and poker table. The garage contains a home gym and ping pong table.

The 2-bedroom cabin features queen beds and all the comforts of home WiFi, and washer & dryer. Explore Abe Lincoln's boyhood home and Lincoln Jamboree in nearby Hodgenville. Venture a little farther to visit the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green or the Louisville Slugger Museum Get your bourbon on with a tour of one of the many nearby distilleries. Welcome to this lovely well-kept home in the country with a small lake and a large yard! Relax on the deck, sit by the lake, watch the sun rise over the hill in a place that feels like home. Near the Bourbon Trail! 5 mins to KY Railway Museum. 10 mins to Log Still Distillery & The Amp, and Lincoln's Boyhood home. 20 mins to Bardstown, Hodgenville, 25 mins to E'Town. 40 miles to Churchill Downs. The house is well stocked with everything you may need including breakfast items! Plenty of parking.

Perfect for a couple's getaway, it has open lofts with a comfy king-sized bed, a kitchen stocked with all the essentials, laundry room, wood burning stove & two bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower & one with a soaker tub.
