To był bardzo miło spędzony czas. Willa jak na zdjęciach. Widok wspaniały. Okolica cicha. Blisko do morza. W domu wszytko co trzeba. Czysto i pachnąco. Polecam wszystkim to miejsce !!

Wir waren als 4-köpfige familie mit kids 5 und 7 jährig dort und das haus sowie die lage sind perfekt. der strand ist in unmitelbarer nähe und das wasser dort sehr klar und sauber. alle unsere fragen wurden von der gastgeberin sehr schnell beantwortet. wir buchen wieder und können eine klare empfehlung abgeben.

Excellent stay for our family holiday. We loved the huge kitchen and the big area in the front room. We made the most of the house and garden. Kitchen had everything to cook big family meals and didn’t want to leave :) also the area is nice- walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. Highly recommended

Tony was a fantastic host, very helpful and always responded promptly. Any minor issues that we had (weather related), Tony dealt with swiftly. The property was as pictured and was very comfortable. It is clear that Tony takes great pride in his property and rightly so. An all round great experience and would recommend Tony’s property to friends and family.

Piękny dom w przepięknym miejscu. Blisko restauracje, plaże. Basen rewelacyjny! Gospodarz pozwolil nam został dłużej z uwagi na godzinę odlotu samolotu za co dziękujemy. Okolica spokojna, kameralna. Do centrum Larnaki autobus nr 340 jedzie 25 min. Gorąco polecam

This was one of the best homes I’ve ever stayed in! I absolutely loved it — the house is incredibly spacious, full of natural light, cozy and just overall amazing. The cleanliness was truly exceptional, everything was spotless. There were so many amenities, thoughtfully provided for every need. The outdoor area was stunning, with a huge garden and breathtaking views. At the same time, it felt very private and peaceful — no disturbances at all. It was an unforgettable experience and I couldn’t recommend it more!

The house is in a lovely peaceful location with mature gardens including beautiful fruit trees and a great swimming pool. A great host - thoughtful and attentive and responded to any questions very quickly. We would thoroughly recommend.

Nice house, quiet neighbourhood, good base to visit Nicosia and other interesting tourist attractions.

This is the most wonderful villa and the word villa doesn’t really do it justice - the space both internally and the public areas are fabulous. All the bedrooms have sitting rooms with kitchen areas - the a/c worked beautifully and everywhere was sparkling. The swimming pool is large and the sitting areas are perfect - we were in Cyprus for a wedding and the experience of staying in the villa added greatly to the happiest time for us all. In fact, no one wanted to leave! Although this is called a villa I would describe it more as a small, peaceful hamlet where one can join in the activities and retire to the quietest charming mini apartments. I really cannot recommend this wonderful place enough. Many, many thanks to the hosts for adding so much value to our visit. Absolutely worth every penny.

We really enjoyed staying at Diliana’s place! She communicated well and we felt right at home. The house is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well equipped. The surroundings are very nice for an afternoon stroll. Equally, Diliana’s place is well located as the starting point for bicycle trips. A small grocery shop (and great local Taverna) is at walking distance, and you can easily get to the airport and Larnaca itself.

מיקום הבית נוח לטיולים כוכב כמעט לכל מקום במרחק שעה-שעה וחצי נסיעה, חוץ מאזור שמורת הטבע אקמס והמורדות המערביים של הרי הטרודוס שהנסיעה אליהם תארך שעתיים לפחות. היינו שבעה אנשים מבוגרים בבית והייתה פרטיות לכולם. מצאנו הרבה מצרכים בארונות והשארנו דברים שקנינו במהלך השבוע - נעים לדעת שיבואו אנשים אחרים שיהנו ממה שהשארנו.

A lovely spot. Lush beautiful garden and grass area. Super quiet and peaceful. A great place to unwind The property is lovely, clean and has lovely big windows to enjoy the garden view. There are 2 great beach areas within a 3min drive. Great swimming and a nice restaurant with a beach kiosk at each. Not easy to walk to from the property due to narrow roads that don’t have a sidewalk. A small issue with Airconditioning upstairs tripping the fuse. Hopefully they can get it fixed. Thank you for a lovely stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it

Everything was excellent, and as it is mentioned in the description. George's father, Mr. Solon was waiting for our arrival in order to drive us to the house. He is a very polite man and we got a very warm welcome upon our arrival. He guided us at his house and showed us everything we needed to know in detail. The house is very big and keeps the authenticity of a cypriot village house. Everything was clean, and the house provides all the necessary amenities for your stay. The most remarkable fact is that the house is located to a perfect location in the village, extremely quiet, ideal for relaxation. The village centre is very close to the house (2-3 minutes on foot). I definitely recommend this place.

Отличный огромный дом. Когда дети впервые оказались в нем, то спросили, не живем ли мы в музее - гостиная полная книг, правда на русском всего пару было, мы добавили в нее детективчик. Каждая из комнат оборудована кондиционером, так что пережить жаркий август оказалось несложно. Места навалом, чтобы всем в доме найти уединение или наоборот собраться большой компанией и не толкать друг друга локтями. Понравилось большое кол-во уборных - не было очереди в душ, но уличный душ с небольшим напором. Моющие средства для машинки есть, для посудомойки надо покупать самим. Есть мыло и куча полотенец. Одиссей встречал нас с фруктами, напитками, вкуснейшим оливковым маслом (+молоко в холодильнике). Также в шкафчиках были специи, уксус, соль, сахар, чай, кофе. Огромный выбор посуды. Вообщем, по приезду мы немного перекусили и поехали на пляж. Не советую соваться на пляж в Ларнаке - платный паркинг и неглубокое море. В платном паркинге надо платить монетами, иногда мелкими. Очень понравился СессакБич пляж на военной базе, а также CTO beach, до которых добираться по времени столько же. Парковка там бесплатна, а места много. В основном закупались в Лидл или в местном, рядом с домой супермаркете - очень рекомендую мороженное c мастикой (необычно и незабываемо). Одиссей постоянно угощал нас инжиром и был готов на решение любых вопросов, которые у нас появлялись. Электричество, как и бензин кусаются ценами. За 2 недели мы потратили 80 евро на электричество, но без кондиционеров там не выжить в это время года.

Большая просторная вилла с шикарным видом на горы. Расположена отдельно от деревни на большой огороженной территории и рядом нет соседних домов, ты абсолютно один с природой и горами. Тут реально идеальная тишина. В 15 минутах ходьбы новая таверна с отличной кухней, это здорово. Очень удобное расположение для пеших прогулок. Для тех, кто любит бассейн, тут просто невообразимый рай (я был зимой, не пользовался). Спальни большие, что не характерно для домов на Кипре, зал и кухня тоже большие, мне жалко, что я там жил один. Есть всего один минус. Мне очень не хватало камина в конце ноября, для холодной погоды дом мало приспособлен.

We all loved our stay at Silk Tree Villa (4 adults and 3 children). Plenty of space, pool, garden and well equipped. The village has a great bakery, restaurant within walking distance plus supermarkets a short drive away. The location was perfect for us to travel to the Troodos foothills, Cape Grecko, the main towns, Kiti and the beautiful village of Lefkara. A great place to stay - we hope to be back!

We verblijven de laatste 3 jaar jaarlijks in deze heerlijke villa voor ontspanning en familiebezoek. Heerlijk rustige plek met alles wat je nodig hebt en tegelijk dichtbij luchthaven, kiti en ook ben je snel op weg als je naar een van de steden wilt. Ook oudere kinderen vermaken zich prima met zwembad en pooltafel. Veel plekken buiten in zon en schaduw waar je lekker kunt zitten/liggen. De schommelbank en hangmat zijn bij onze jongste favoriet. Verse eitjes en vers fruit in overvloed. Deze villa leent zich ook prima voor 2 kleine gezinnen of een vriendengroep. Voor ons is het fijn hier dat familie kan langskomen. De host en zijn vrouw zijn erg hartelijk in de ontvangst en reageren snel op vragen.

Die Unterkunft war für uns als Familie perfekt, jede:r hatte einen eigenen Rückzugsraum und gemeinsam konnten wir in Küche, Wohnzimmer oder auf der Terasse Zeit verbringen. Da wir erst zu Beginn der Feiertage ankamen, hat Anoki netterweise ein paar Einkäufe für uns erledigt, sodass wir entspannt anreisen konnten und für die ersten Tage versorgt waren. Für Fragen stand sie uns jederzeit zur Verfügung und hat uns gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben.

Un coin de paradis! Le logement, la terrasse et la vie sont beaucoup plus beaux que sur les photos. Grand confort aussi. Il y a un jardin fruitier extraordinaire devant la maison et des poules, oies et dindons. C’est situé dans une campagne très tranquille, près de jolies plages et restaurants de poisson. Un peu loin du circuit touristique et c’est tant mieux à mon avis! L’hôte était aussi très gentille et généreuse. Nous aurions dû reserver pour plus longtemps!

Excellent location very close to the beach faraway from the busy touristic sites. The house has all amenities and is spacious inside and outside. The garden area in summer should be quite nice (in April it was a little windy). You should have a car to access the tourist stops and supermarkets.

We had so much fun exploring the property when we first arrived! The rooms are all very authentic and rustic, absolutely love how quirky the house is. Had a bit of difficulty finding the house but was able to call Flora who managed to coordinate with her cleaner who helped us find the house and an easier path for is to drive the car up! The hills nearby the house are very steep so would advise being a confident driver. Other than that, absolutely no issues! Very peaceful and relaxing place to stay with a very well equipped kitchen - spices, clean fridge, cooker and other amenities. The views are gorgeous and we would highly recommend the local taverna, the couple who own it are very sweet and the food is excellent local Cypriot cuisine. Would love to stay here again and would definitely recommend to friends and family 🫶

Wow, Villa de la Familia was seriously lovely! We only stayed a couple of nights but really enjoyed the lovingly curated feel of the place. It was a charming change from the other accommodation we had found in Cyprus, emphasizing the historic rather than the modern yet retaining the comfort & luxury. Like the villa, Pano Lefkara itself is a welcome change from much of modern Cyprus. It was rather sleepy at the end of October, but a good place to explore from for a couple of days. Paola & Costas were charming hosts. They met us there on arrival & were easy to communicate with during our stay. They should be very proud of the space they have created at Villa de la Familia!
