New and tastefully furnished, perfect for those looking for a relaxing and high standard accommodation. The stylish apartment is very close from the main beach (foinikoudes) and can comfortably accommodate 4 up to 5 guests and even 6 with an additional single bed in the living room! Is found on the first floor (with lift)heading with only 8 mins easy walk to the beautiful beach and 6 mins walk to the main bus stop. The strategic position will allow you to very easily walk to all major points.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place, the condo is conveniently located in a New Building, near main attractions, just across the street there is Metro Super Market, its a 15mn walk from Finikoudes Beach & 5mn by car, Larnaca Park is a 2mn walk, Makenzy beach & vibrant nightlife is an 8mn by car. 3 Bedrooms, Makenzie - near Zenobia with Pool

Our compact flat is near to lovely restaurants and the beautiful seafront, perfect for enjoying warm summer breezes and cool drinks outside. We are 200 metres from the beach, really near to supermarkets, restaurants and walking distance to night life. The bus stops right outside the flat. Divers - we are about as close as you can get for the Zenobia. Dive-In centre is 5 mins walk away with the Zenobia located just offshore.

Fully just renovated studio in the city center minutes away to all amenities. The beach is 5 minutes away ( famous Finikoudes beach ) walking and nearby can be found supermarkets , Taverns , restaurants , bars , pharmacies and all necessities. There is a pilates and TRX studio next door for gym lovers ( available upon request )

Όλοι οι ταξιδιώτες θα έχουν εύκολη πρόσβαση σε ό,τι χρειαστούν σε αυτόν τον κεντρικό χώρο διαμονής. 100 μέτρα από την κεντρική παραλία των Φοινικουδων. Ακριβώς στην κεντρική στάση των δημοσίων λεωφορείων. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στην καρδιά της πόλης. Γύρω γύρω υπάρχουν καφετέριες , εστιατόρια. Στα 50 μέτρα υπάρχει φούρνος .

Cozy Holiday Beach house 30 steps from the beach

Experience waking up near the sea and sleeping next to it listening to the splashes of waves! Being only 30 meters from the beach. This is what you need when you are on vacation; to wake up and dive in the sea, without a need to cross any road, without even the need for shoes. In this house, you wish it was always summer!
