Beautiful apartment, set up so nicely, responsive host. Apartment is really hotel like - spacious and beautiful. Beautiful sea view; sunrise is absolutely stunning and the porch is great to just relax on. Only drawbacks - neighborhood not as nice, no elevator to third floor, and no pressure in the shower. Overall great experience. Would definitely go back if ever needed.

Beachfront Holiday Apartment Larnaca

A very cozy place in front of the Oroklini beach. The house is fully equipped and has all required amenities to host 4 adults. The private deck in front of the sea is simply priceless! There is a bus stop right outside the place but the itineraries are very sparse. If you want to visit other places it is highly recommended to rent a car since taxis are also sparse and expensive. The house also provides a parking place. Next to the place is a wedding venue and all four nights that we stayed they hosted wedding parties. The noise at the beach is bearable but to our surprise the house was completely noise-protected! Rita is a great host, she gave us a full welcoming tour of the house, she was always responsive and willing to help! We are looking forward visiting again!

דירה מרווחת, מאובזרת היטב (היה יכול להיות נהדר עוד יותר אם הייתה מכונת קפה), נראית בדיוק כמו בתמונות, נוחה מאוד. מיטות נוחות וענקיות ומצעים נעימים. הדירה הייתה מצוחצחת. ג'ורג' המקסים היה נגיש, זמין וידידותי מאוד, דאג לשלוח מראש המלצות למקומות בילוי, הנחיות מדויקות לדירה, איש פשוט נפלא. בשבת בלילה יש קריוקי במסעדה מתחת לבניין אך באחת בלילה המסעדה נסגרת. נסענו בשיא העונה ולא היה רועש בתוך הדירה על אף המיקום המושלם.

Paula was a great host, including allowing luggage storage on my final day after checkout. The apartment has a huge terrace with great views of the activity in the commercial harbour. The apartment is about a 20 minute walk from the town centre. The only minor negative was that, although guests are asked to take care of rubbish when checking out, the rubbish bin in the terrace had not been emptied by the previous guests.

I would like to say that we had great time in the apartment. it is clean, you have everything inside there, from towels, cutleries, soap, dishes and other things that are useful in an apartment. The area is quiet and the neighbourhood is safe. We walked to the beach, the distance being short and the way to the beach being a pleasant one. We had the sea view with an amazing sunrise. We have a 7th month daughter so it's easily for me to see the sunrise :) I would like to thank to Christina from Sunaholic because she was a true angel for us. We had our return flight late at night and she allowed us to stay in the apartment as long as we needed. For us it was a great help, because we were with our two small children. You were great Christina, thank you again!! I will truly recommend this apartment

The apartment was exactly as described. Everything was very neat and clean, very cozy. The equipment level was excellent, and there was a lot of storage space. A pleasant surprise was the large size of the balcony, it seemed larger than in the pictures. The balcony has a really nice view of the sea, and it is definitely worth getting up to watch the sunrise. The swimming opportunities are excellent, a lovely sandy beach and it gets deeper gently. It is worth taking a walk to the beach boulevard. Varnavas is friendly and it was easy to communicate with him and he responded quickly. He also gave us tips on good restaurants and arranged a taxi for us when we arrived. Bus no. 425 runs right in front of the house about every 30 minutes. It gives easy access to the city center and the airport. We were very satisfied with everything, and warmly recommend this accommodation.

Apartamenty jak na zdjęciach-czyste, nowe wyposażenie, klimatyzacja działa bez zarzutu. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, na dole można sobie zrobić kawę z ekspresu. W łazience ciepła woda. Przystanek autobusowy 3 minuty pieszo. Do plaży Mackenzie około 10 minut spacerkiem. Polecam! My napewno wrócimy.

We werw two couples in this apartment for 8 nights on October.The stay in the apartment was comfortable,it is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The beds are comfortable,the wi-fi is exellent,there is always hot water,it has everything you need to prepare your own meals.The terrace is huge to enjoy with a view of the pool.The apartment is five minutes from the best Nissi beach,there are many restaurants,markets and bakeries nearby.The host offered us transportation from the airport and was in contact with us in case of need.Entering the apartment is easy with a code,there is also a parking lot if you rent a car.The place is a good starting point for visiting the Famagusta area, there are bus stops to Ayia Napa and intercity transport nearby. All recommendations for staying in the apartment,we would love to come back again next year.

everything was fine, the apartment was very clean (minus for the balcony due to pigeons), confy with all the facilities needed and well refurbished. On a side note the location showed on the map before booking was not really precise. all in all we have been very satisfied. Recommended

A lovely little appartment only a few minutes walk from the beach, bars and cafe's. The appartment is very is dont to very high standard and the host was incredibly helpful. Wouldn't hestiate to stay here again.

דירה מדהימה, חדשה ויפה. מיקום מעולה. מארחים מעולים, אפילו השאירו לנו מים במקרר ודברים נוספים להתחלת השהות. סיפקו לנו הרבה מגבות וזה מצויין. היינו צריכים שיטפלו במשהו ומייד קיבלנו מענה בשעה שלא היינו בבית. כמה רמות מעל כל הדירות ששהינו בהן עד היום, אפילו היתה חניה. מאוד נהננו. ממליצים בחום רב. תודה רבה.

My daughter and I only stayed at Angelika’s apartment overnight, but it surpassed our expectations. We arrived at 2 AM, so I was a bit worried about the check-in process, but it was perfectly smooth. The building was clearly labeled, and we had been given a code to enter. Upon entry, there was a key waiting for us inside. The bed was incredibly comfortable and black-out curtains allowed us to sleep late, which was a pleasant relief after a long day of travel. Angelika was warm, responsive, and helpful at all times. Angelika’s place is very close to the airport, so it’s a perfect place to stay for a night before or after an oddly-timed flight. We will definitely try to stay here again!
