The stylish apartment is very close from the main beach (foinikoudes) and can comfortably accommodate 4 up to 5 guests and even 6 with an additional single bed in the living room! Two independent houses are placed in the plot, each one on a different level. Όλοι οι ταξιδιώτες θα έχουν εύκολη πρόσβαση σε ό,τι χρειαστούν σε αυτόν τον κεντρικό χώρο διαμονής. 100 μέτρα από την κεντρική παραλία των Φοινικουδων. Ακριβώς στην κεντρική στάση των δημοσίων λεωφορείων. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στην καρδιά της πόλης. Γύρω γύρω υπάρχουν καφετέριες , εστιατόρια. Στα 50 μέτρα υπάρχει φούρνος .
