Our luxury suites will feature our signature pillow top perfect sleeper king beds, full kitchens, gas fireplaces, 55" 4k televisions, Wireless high-speed Internet access, whirlpool bathtubs, and decks/patios. Each suite will be decorated in a mountain modern theme with high end furnishings, large windows, and tall ceilings. Located in Old Town Fort Collins on the Remington Bikeway, one block from Colorado State University, and walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife. This is a private apartment on the second story of a charming Folk Victorian house built in 1905. It has a private entrance, private balcony, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. There are 2 bedrooms, each has a queen size bed. The family room has a queen size pull out-couch. There is a private deck and fenced in yard included.

There is a bedroom with a queen bed and a large, private full bath. The Living Room features a fireplace, two lounge chairs, sitting chairs,TV, table, and an additional queen size bed. The suite includes a mini kitchen for cooking simple meals and snacks. WE LIVE ON THE MAIN LEVEL and will be available if needed.
