Not just a place to sleep, it's a retreat! Lovely lower level of a home in quiet neighborhood. House is on two acres with fabulous mountain views. Suite is approx. 1900 square feet with lots of amenities including use of hot tub, pool table, fitness room, theater, horseshoes, peaceful outdoor space &more. Beds include one king bed in a bedroom, one full and one queen bed in a bedroom, one queen and one full futon in the recreation room. One full futon in the office area. NO SMOKERS PLEASE!

The Hosts: We're quite literally a mom-and-pop operation, no soulless corporate management company here, just real people. This is our one and only listing, we live on-site. The Space: Attached but completely locked off and private apartment with separate entry on gorgeous mountain property. Cozy, quiet and spacious. Minutes from the National Park and downtown. Welcome to Loveland, a community nestled in the foothills and a gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park. Our downstairs suite is 600 sq. ft. in our private home. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and a large, private full bath. The Living Room features a fireplace, sofa, sitting chairs,TV, table, and an additional queen size bed. The suite includes a mini kitchen for cooking simple meals and snacks. We live on the main level and will be available if needed.
