Huoneistossa on tällä hetkellä kertakäyttömaskeja vieraille. Cozy apartment with one bedroom, living room, bathroom and sauna. About 1,5 kilometers from the city center. It's nice walk to the city. 1 km to the Ounasvaara ski resort and outdoor aktivities. Public transpotition is not very good (in this area), I can help you with the timetable. From the city center buses are running f.ex to Santa Claus Village. Best way to get around easily, is rent a car. I have a parking place for you.

Tule lomalle tai vaikka etätyöhön nopealla nettiyhteydellä varustettuun siistiin 74 m2:n rivitalon päätyhuoneistoon. Junalta ja lentokentältä saapuvat bussit pysähtyvät 300 metrin päässä, josta myös lähtevät rinnebussit. Autottomille saavutettavissa keskeisen sijaintinsa vuoksi. Lemmikit on sallittu. Tunturin Lumosta on kävelymatka kaupoille ja ravintoloihin. Hiihtoverkostoille johtavalle yhdysladulle pääset halutessasi jopa kotiovelta sukset jalassa. Lämmin suksien huoltopiste on pihapiirissä.

Sijaintinsa puolesta sopii hienosti ohikulkumatkalaisen, sekä pidempään majoittujan kohteeksi. Etäisyys Outokummulle 8km, keskustaan 2,6km, Prismaan 1.2km ja Haaparannan ikea 3,7km. Uimahalli 800m, McDonalds 900m. Autoilijan kannattaa valita tämä kohde. Ilmainen pysäköintitila, sekä lämmityspistokkeet kahdelle autolle suoraan asunnon pihassa. One of the best locations in Rovaniemi to stay! See Aurora Borealis straight from the yard! House is located in a quite and beautiful neighborhood with nature surroundings. Tervetuloa Pikkukeloon! Tämä ihastuttava kelohirsirivitalo sijaitsee omassa rauhassa, vain muutaman kilometrin päässä Rukan keskustasta ja rinteistä. Mökissä on takka sekä sauna, jotka lämmittävät mukavasti ulkona vietetyn päivän jälkeen. Kompaktista keittiöstä löytyy kaikki tarvittava ja aamukahvit saa nauttia ihastellen Rukanhuippua! Mökin 31m2+10m2parvi sisältää tuvan, makuualkovin ja kylpyhuoneen. Parvella nukkumapaikat kolmelle hengelle ja makuualkovessa kahdelle (ei standardi).

Almost everything is new: All the walls has painted, the floors are new, bathroom and sauna are new, kitchen is new.. The apartment has its own kitchen, bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa, washroom, the real finnish sauna, hallway and parking area. Free WI-FI. In an affordable rowhouse apartment, you'll enjoy a traditional log cabin atmosphere, close to nature. Within easy walking distance of the slopes and Levi village. Apartment is in two levels, downstairs 64m² and full height open-air loft 20m². Two of the beds are in open-air loft. You put your skis off your feet in the storage room outside the apartment. Price includes bedlinen, towels and final cleaning.

Lämpimästi tervetuloa meidän kotiimme. Rauhallinen ja viihtyisä huoneisto, noin 6 km Rovaniemen keskustasta ja noin 4 km Joulupukin kylästä. Kaksi makuuhuonetta (ensimmäisessä parisänky ja toisessa kerrossänky ja vuodesohva), täysin varustettu keittiö, kylpyhuone, erillinen wc, sauna ja lasitettu tilava kuisti. Lapsille vähän leluja, pelejä, pulkka ja kalastusvälineet.
