Sorry, no dogs or animalsof any kind, and no smoking, including e-cigarettes or vaping. These units are intended to be dander-free. We recommend an automobile, and have parking for 3 vehicles with 2 garage spaces and room behind for additional parking, including for a boat trailer. Most of our contact will be through email and on the phone. We are frequently in Bandon and our housekeepers are in town and any of us will be available in case of any problems. We have one of the most beautiful and picturesque beaches in the world. Our home is on the bluff overlooking the ocean with good beach accessat either end of the block. We are close to City Parkwith a kid's playground and friendly library. It's a short drive to Old Town's shops and restaurants, and about 5 miles south to Bandon Crossings' great golf or 15 minutes north to Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. Bandon, Oregon is a wonderful coastal retreat, with quaint shops and restaurants, a crabbing and fishing dock, and charter fishing. It has miles of lovely beaches, tide pools, wildlife, and pounding surf. There's lots to do: horseback riding on the beach, flying kites, kayaking through the Bandon Marsh, fishing for salmon in Coquille River, exploring the Sand Dune National Recreation Area (about a half hour drive), or serving as a base for day trips, such as south to the Redwoods National Park in northern California. GOLF: Some land is meant for Golf. Bandon, Oregon is one of those places. "Uncle Joe's Place" Cozy Cottage with Water View

Uncle Joe's Place is a cozy cottage that sits close to the water with views of Charleston bridge and South Slough Estuary. Cottage is 490 square feet, perfect for singles or a couple visiting the area. Located just off Cape Arago Hwy and the town of Charleston. It's a short walk to convenience stores, restaurants and the Charleston Marina. Neighborhood is made up of small homes and mobile homes. Check yourself in with a lockbox. I'm very close by if you need any assistant or have questions.

Floras Lake Guest House

The Floras Lake Guest House is located in my garden at Floras Lake. A private bath, kitchenette (coffee pot, microwave, small frig, dishes, blender, toaster, etc.) queen bed and sitting area complete this private, serene space. An electric fireplace adds heat and a lovely ambience. A large screen television has access to Amazon and Netflix. WiFi service is provided. Guests have use of two kayaks (during summer months only), dock and viewing deck via a private stairway.

To make our 3 bedroom 2 bath home more accessible during the winter off-season months, we superhosts are offering it at a one bedroom rate, with the understanding that guests will only use the one upstairs master bedroom and the adjacent bathroom, kitchen and living areas. This allows us to cut the cleaning fee in half and also gives you access to laundry if needed. This is a remarkable special. The Point provides the most amazing OMG view of the ocean and beach of the Oregon South Coast and possibly the world. You sit 100 feet above the water on our beach front property looking at the dolly dock pier and harbor to the east and Battle Rock and and a long stretch of beach to west. You can walk to the end of the property and enjoy your favorite beverage on the deck on the cliff above the water. You have truly magnificent views from our top-of-the-line studios.

Bandon Guesthouse

Warmer, less windy side of Bandon with Country Setting but only 3 minute drive to Old Town. Family friendly Guest Cottage. You do have to access the Bathroom through the Master Bedroom so this rental would be best for a family or close friends. This guesthouse is on the same property as our family home that we live in full time.
