Enjoy this aesthetic, architecturally designed studio apartment in a quiet, residential neighborhood within walking distance of the University of Oregon and Hayward Field. The studio is above our garage and has a separate entrance up a flight of stairs. It will accommodate one person or a couple. There is also an inflatable Airbed if needed. Tio Joe's U of O Hideaway

This one bedroom home is located in south Eugene close to campus. Easy access to I-5, minutes away from the U of O, walking distance to a locally owned grocery store, restaurants, wine shop, & one of Eugene's favorite parks w/ playground, running trails & public pool in summer. There's plenty of space to sleep up to four people, a full kitchen for preparing meals, & a large desk space & fast Wi-Fi for working from home during your trip. This home has all you need for an excellent stay in Eugene!

Peaceful Loft in Eugene.

A Eugene favorite. With over **590 great reviews**, you can feel confident that you'll be well taken care of. **Best Location** The Loft is located in the North Gilham neighborhood. 6 min to coveted Oakway shopping, 2 min Market of choice grocer, 10 min drive to the University/Autzen stadium/ Hayward field, PeaceHlth Riverbend Hosp. Treat yourself to vaulted ceilings, comfy beds, a full sized desk with strong WiFi. All of this away from the noise of downtown and situated on a quiet cul de sac.

The Marion Guest House near the Willamette River

The Marion is in a quiet residential area. A newer elementary school is behind the home. The 253 sq ft guest house has a desk/chair, TV, queen sofa bed w/ 2 ottomans, twin bed, bathroom, kitchenette & closet. At the end of the driveway, parking is directly outside the door of The Marion - to the right side of the red bud tree. The Marion will be directly to your left. Additional outside areas include the round paver patio & the oak tree covered front yard is a shared space with The Grand Marion.

Lovely Private Cabin close to city and wineries

Our private cabin nestled in the countryside provides a quiet escape from city living. Resting in a private peaceful clearing, the cabin offers sweeping views of a private pond and lush forest. Despite the rustic scenery the cabin has been recently remodeled and comes fully equipped with all the modern amenities to make you feel right at home. The property is 15 minutes to the University of Oregon, and Wine Country. And a short 25 minute drive SW of the cabin are the Why-pass Mt Bike Trails.

Private Cottage - Walk to U of O!

Awesome location! We are located on a dead end street across from an Oak Savannah that was part of Laurelwood Golf and now is an undeveloped park, feels like country, yet walking distance to the U of O, Hayward Field, Matthew Knight, restaurants etc. We are close to scenic Ridgeline hiking trail. Our light & bright cottage is surrounded by bamboo, fruit & evergreen trees & garden. The space has a king bed, private bath, small kitchen equipped with essentials, wifi, cable TV. Cozy & private!

Bright, spacious 2 BR suite in great location!

This bright 770 sq ft suite consists of the entire upstairs of my home with two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, a large family room with a queen sofa bed, and bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower. There is no kitchen, but includes an apartment size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, instant pot, and convection oven/air fryer. I provide breakfast (yogurt, fruit, granola, cereal, coffee, tea, cream). Guests enter through the shared front door of the house, and head upstairs to the suite.
