A unique top-floor living room with magnificent mountain views. Four bedrooms, each with a bathroom - up to 10+2 persons in comfortable beds. Kaunertaler Gletscher ca. 50min entfernt, Skirestort Ischgl-Samnaun ca. 30min entfernt, Nauders Skigebiet ca. 20min entfernt, Skigebiet Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ca. 15min entfernt, Skigebiet Fendels ca. 5min entfernt. Die Wohnung ist Hundefreundlich und hat einen großen Garten der mit den Früheren Hausbesitzern genutzt wird.

Das ca. 300 Jahre alte Holz-Bauernhaus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage und doch nur wenige Fahrminuten von den Skigebieten See, Kappl, Ischgl, Galtür, Fiss/Serfaus/Ladis, Arlberg, etc. entfernt. Das Haus befindet sich in sehr gutem Zustand und wurde zuvor von einer 4-köpfigen Familie bewohnt. Die vermietbare Wohnung befindet sich im ersten und zweiten Stock des Hauses. Im Untergeschoss lebt die Großmutter. Zum Haus gehört außerdem ein 100 qm großer Garten mit Grillmöglichkeit im Sommer.

All amenities are 5 minutes away in the city of Landeck. World-famous skiing resorts are within a 25 min drive (ISCHGL, SANKT ANTON). Smaller resorts like Landeck are within 5 Minutes. There is also a direct 15 minutes Bus ride to the Sea resort. The bus station is 100 meters on foot. Free covered parking on top of the building.
