Parking is easy with two off-street parking spots. Renovated 2 bedroom house located next to Meadia Heights Golf Course. This home offers hardwood floors, 2 full baths, private patio and a decorative stone fireplace. House is conveniently located within minutes of historical Lancaster city where you can discover quaint shops, interesting restaurants and an eclectic farmers market. Both bedrooms and both baths are located on the first floor. The Cottage accepts dogs with prior approval. Cats are only accepted for long stays with prior approval.

Historic Stone Mill in Lancaster Countryside

This space is the perfect mix of historic charm and modern design in a beautiful country setting 5 minutes from Millersville University. This buildings age dates to the Early 1800's. It was originally a grist mill that used water from the west branch of the Little Conestoga Creek to power a wheel used to grind flour. The mill has now been turned into a wonderfully updated residence with fantastic views on all sides,including one overlooking the creek. Enjoy the large rooms and peaceful grounds.

On-site parking in a safe neighborhood of high end converted warehouse condos. Just steps from Excelsior, Marriot, Central Market, Tellus360, Fulton Opera House, art galleries, and everything Lancaster City has to offer. Smoking is not permitted and pets are welcome for an additional $20.
