Less than 1 minute from Santa's Village, access to snowmobile trails from the house, close to popular ski resorts and lots of hiking including NH's 4000 footers. Welcome to the Pliny Range Retreat! This spacious log home is the perfect private getaway in prime location. Enjoy our large deck with gas grill and beautiful mountain views. Located close to Santas Village. Our home is very family friendly and is close to skiing, golf (Waumbek Golf Course opening Summer 2024) and other outdoor activities. After a long day of adventures, you can relax in the brand new hot tub (April 2023)! Need to work while you are here? Our home office will do the trick!

It is located on a private road and close to Howard Pond, Androscoggin River, and Sunday River skiing. No matter the season, opportunities await, whether you decide to stay close or venture out. There are plenty of trails nearby to explore, canoe rentals, skiing and so much more.

Comfortable Home, Hot Tub, Trails on 140 Acres

This property is located in a remote and beautiful area of Vermont. The house is on 140 acres of fields and forest. There are 2.5 miles of private walking/snow shoeing trails in the woods. A large mowed area around the house provides space for grilling, outdoor dining, fire pit and games. The outdoor hot tub (emptied and refilled after each stay) is heated to 104 degrees year-round. This property is easily accessed from Route 2 and is on a well maintained dirt road. Minimum age to book: 25
