위치가 너무 좋다 근처 시장은 저렴하고 품질이 우수하다 로터스라는 대형 슈퍼마켓도 가깝고 병원 오토바이렌트샾도 가깝다 직원들은 친절하고 인사도 잘 해주신다 1달 살았고 전기료와 수도는 사용한만큼 내면 된다 이불도 있어서 겨울의 치앙마이를 잘 보낼 수 있었다 너무 좋다 목조 건물이라 방음은 살짝 아쉽다 그래도 추천한다 위치가 너무 좋다

Centrally located, part of a boutique hotel in a good neighborhood for accessing the old quarter. Very easy check in and out process and despite being multi-unit, was still private. I would visit this AirBNB again.

Dom typowo tajski. Otoczony lokalnymi mieszkańcami. Dla mniej lepiej być nie może :) Cicho i spokojnie mimo że w samym centrum. Przemili sąsiedzi Jeśli chcesz być blisko prawdziwej Tajlandii to jest to najlepsze miejsce

Pin und Alan sind tolle Gastgeber als ich in der Unterkunft ankam ging mein Telefon nicht Pin hat mich direkt in das nächste Einkaufszentrum gefahren in einem Telekom shop vielen Dank nochmals dafür. Jeden Tag bekam ich 2 Flaschen Wasser geschenkt und konnte meine Wäsche waschen sehr angenehm. Eine tolle sichere sehr ruhige schöne Gegend etwas ausserhalb des Stadt Zentrums. Mit Grab car ist man schnell und günstig im Geschehen. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Bougain Villas are in a large farmland area with animals grazing in fields adjacent. They overlook Chiang Dao mountain (when the mist allows 🙂), and another resort called Mountain View, which occasionally had music, though didn’t go on late. We were upstairs in No.5, and the room was very clean, tidy and comfortable - with free coffee pods, bottled water and noodle pots… a nice touch. We had a good size fridge, kettle, Nespresso style coffee m/c, dehumidifier, and mosquito nets around the bed - excellent. Any time we had issues, Aude was instantly available which made the stay even better - for instance, we had a bad ingress of ants nesting in the bathroom one night (fact of life in jungle), and she was round in an instant dealing with it. Externally, the shrubs and vines could probably do with a trim back (some of that was happening), as the villas are quite enveloped nowadays - but that’s only slight drawback we could see. Overall, a lovely place, well worth the money… thanks.

This homestay is much more beautiful than the photos show. The entire structure is built into the mountainside, adjacent to a small stream. The decor is modern, the property is spacious, and it offers great privacy. There's a beautiful swimming pool (though I didn't have time to take a dip), and the TV provides access to Netflix and YouTube. The bathroom is clean, and the shower facilities are excellent. The room is close to the stream, and the soothing sound of flowing water creates a very relaxing atmosphere. Overall, this place is perfect for travelers who enjoy the tranquility of mountain forests but also desire a comfortable accommodation experience.

We had a good time there! I can recommend this stay, we felt like at home. Zeph knows much about the Thai culture.

Our stay at Bora’s place was amazing. The location was great—peaceful and clean. As a group of five, we had the entire building and the patio to ourselves. Bora was an incredible host! She was very helpful, welcoming, and made us feel like part of one big family. We fully recommend this place, and given the opportunity, we would definitely love to visit again!

It was an absolute delight to spend some time with Nui in Chiang Mai. She has a special skill to make everyone really feel at home, caring about her guests, providing them with tips where to go and how to move around in Chiang Mai. We loved staying here in the middle of lots of plants and a calm and cozy atmosphere!

Felt very at home and well looked after. Very much appreciated what was offered and with such friendly, handy service. 5 stars and would be happy to stay again.

Rice Barn and Rooms is indeed a home away from home for my family and i. We had an amazing experience from the moment we were picked up from the airport to the day we departed. Al and Nok are more than superhosts who made us feel at home, and shared truly wonderful recommendations that allowed us to experience true Chiang Mai gems. Rice Barnes and Rooms is clearly build and managed with loads of love and creativity inspiring and inducing serenity, peace, and we have clearly left a piece of our hearts back there.

Excellent stay- for sure this will be our go-to place when in Chiang Mai. Our room was spacious, clean and had plenty of wardrobe space to organize and put away our things. I work online (involving video calls) and the internet was always fast and never went away. The shower water temperature is stable and gets very hot! The bed was super comfortable with nice soft, clean linens. There aren't too many rooms so it's never too crowded- definitely not a party/hostel vibe, but still friendly. At night there is a restaurant on site! Also there's a common kitchen you can use, as well as a full size fridge. Laundry services are available on site. Staying here just feels like staying in someone's home- you feel cared for and just at peace. The hosts are always there for you and there are a few resident cats too! The surrounding area is super walkable with plenty of great restaurants and shops. Maya center is an easy 20 minute walk away, or a cheap Grab taxi ride.

Excellent location- ideal for Nimman and old town, but suuuper quiet building and street. Amy was extremely helpful with advice on transport to her place, as well as finding events and activities that she thought would interest me. Super friendly and welcoming, and her two staff are both excellent.
