2 bedroom, 2 bath condo can sleep 6 with sleeper sofa (couch). Main bedroom w/ King bed, guest room with 3 twin beds, 2 full baths, nice patio and a gas fireplace. Steps away from the outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and hiking trails. A short drive up to the mountain as well as to Stowe village and the recreational bike path with free ski shuttle on mountain road with a Ski-in Ski-out location! So much to see and do in Stowe, within a close drive to other Scenic Historic Vermont areas.

Fantastic location in the heart of Stowe Village near shops, restaurants, ski museum, coffee shops, Cady Hill & the popular Recreation Path. Skiers can catch the free shuttle to the mountain just a short walk away. Enjoy radiant heat floors in the kitchen, bath & bedroom! Listen to the sounds of the river from the private rear deck. *This is the 1st floor unit of a 2 story building so you may hear footsteps or occassional noise. Please keep this in mind if your dog is sensitive to noise.*

Each unit is comfortably furnished with two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully appointed kitchen, family room and gas fireplace. The living room couch folds out into a bed so the condo sleeps 6. If you would like to stay for a week the cost is only $995.00 and starts on Saturday and ends on the next Friday. Avail in the Spring and Fall foliage season .

Centrally located, spacious two bedroom condo. Ideally located in the heart of it all, between the historic Stowe Village and Stowe Mountain Resort. A short stroll to several amazing restaurants and the Mountain Road Shuttle. Located directly on the 8 mile rec path (biking/walking/xc skiing). This unit does not have air conditioning but is situated in the shade over a very cool basement. It also has fans for every room. Even during the hottest weather the unit stays about 70 degrees.

Our Cozy Condo is Ski-in Ski-out in the Nordland Building on the slopes at Smugglers Notch Resort. It is walking distance to the Village! In the warmer months enjoy exquisite hiking trails. The trails are meticulously maintained and appeal to all levels of hikers. The Resort has a world renowned disc golf course overlooking the mountains. Please note- all are welcome to use all resort amenities (including pools, hot tubs, and FunZone) with the purchase of a day pass.
