Guests have full use of the house, including the kitchen, which is fully stocked with glassware, dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, and coffee & tea. Beside Exeter Golf Club/The Barn Restaurant. 30 min drive to Grand Bend. 2 min drive to hiking trails, Ironwood Golf Course & Exeter. Centrally located, 15 minutes to Sarnia, 30 to Grand Bend and 40 to London. Groceries, beer/ liquor store and restaurants 5 minutes away in Watford. Very cozy comfortable home with large kitchen, dining room, living room with pull out sofa, two bedrooms and a laundry room with washer/dryer. Sparkling clean.
