The kitchenette has fridge, microwave, Keurig machine, & electric hot plate. Through the window you’ll see the rustic playhouse & gazebo. The bathroom with shower is sparkly clean. Built in 1903, the house has been recently remodeled, new kitchen, wood floors, etc. Enjoy your home-away-from-home in this peaceful, quiet, old residential neighborhood in the middle of North End Tacoma. Enjoy a slower pace, and relax. The neighborhood is great for walking, enjoying the views of Puget Sound, walking distance to Proctor District, restaurants, and shops nearby.

The property is flanked by a greenbelt and elevated on a hill which creates the sense of a secluded stay in the woods despite its location in a suburban neighborhood.

Guesthouse on Luxury Mini-Ranch

Entire Guesthouse on fenced acreage with rolling hills, sports court, firepit, view of Mt. Rainier, horse friends that come right up to the fence. Wonderful property for friendly dogs! Guesthouse is bright and airy, with views over the ranch and pastures. Air Conditioned! Cook in a full-size kitchen, relax in a huge master bedroom suite with mountain views and master bath w/ jetted tub and walk-in shower and enjoy private patios with sunrise to sunset views and a huge firepit + BBQ area.

Private Cozy Lakewood Loft

The Lakewood Loft is a safe, private cozy studio guest room, with private entrance and parking. Take the stairs up to your room with comfy queen size bed, private bath with remodeled shower, and a desk to get your work done (wifi available). Enjoy use of the pool area during summer months (contact host for more information). This area is located close to Fort Steilacoom Park. So you will most likely catch a glimpse of wildlife from your window or balcony, including eagles, osprey, and deer.
