Gollywobbler's galley comes complete with a hot plate, microwave and refrigerator. The bedroom features a sitting area, lots of storage space and a full-size plus bed. An additional sleeping berth is an extra long roomier-than-normal twin. Lastly, the dining table lowers into a full bed. Five kayaks are shared with other boats. UPDATE: The historic fireplace is now operational!! Just steps away from the water, the St. Clair Cottage provides beautiful views of Lake St. Clair. You will the love seclusion of nearly two acres of property surrounding the cottage. The perfect place to enjoy a sunny day on the lake or a cup of tea on a rainy day. With adult and kids kayaks, a rowboat, paddleboat, and canoe we have lots of options to get out and explore the lake. Or take a dip off the private dock when the weather is warm.

The half-acre property has ample opportunities for play and exploration. The orchards and ponds offer a mix of manicured and wild landscapes. Perched over Whitman Lake, escape with a cold beverage on your large deck that makes you feel "within the trees." Surrounded by old growth cedars, watch as the resident bald eagles take turns diving into the lake for their lunchtime snack. Walk down the railroad tie stairs and through our "naturally" landscaped yard to find your private dock with a kayak that is free for guests. Whitman Lake is just ~45 min south of Tacoma and ~45 min north of MRNP... a perfect home base for your adventures.
