Welcome to our cozy hideaway! Located in the eclectic, walkable Ballard neighborhood - a 10 min drive from downtown Seattle. Designed as a space of respite for our visiting friends and family, every aspect of care for this unit is handled by us. We're not a boutique hotel, and we don't own a dozen other units. We just love hosting, and we hope you'll feel that through our offerings - an exceptionally private, clean, and comfortable unit with a variety of little extras to make you feel at home.

ENTIRE SUITE WITH PRIVATE ENTRANCE. Early check-in, late checkout possible upon request (no extra fee) NO cleaning fees (offered) ! Allergy-friendly home Pet-free, scent-free laundry detergent and natural cleaning products. We do not use scented plug-ins. The suite includes a living-room, kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. Laundry access included. Off- street parking & self check-in. - 10 min to Microsoft campus. -Direct access to Seattle (18 min). -Walking distance to State Park.

Light filled, modern one bedroom garden apartment (first floor) located 2 ½ blocks from Madison Valley’s restaurants and shops and the 230 acre Arboretum. With our new G-line Rapid Bus stop just 2 blocks away, there is easy car-free access to the middle of downtown (12 minutes), Capitol Hill (6 minutes). We are also on the #8 bus line that can take you directly to the Space Needle and Seattle Center. If you do have a car, there is plenty of free street parking directly in front of the house.
