Secluded Private Guest Suite with Gorgeous Gardens

Stroll by a gently flowing waterfall through a unique and lush garden, perhaps to meditate, or simply to sip coffee in the morning sun. The tranquil atmosphere is echoed inside this lovely suite as well, with its oriental touches and soothing decor. Bright sunny patio and garden area with waterfall in the pond. I am happy to help with any questions you have. We live here and are available both day and night. Just call Wally at 425-785-9511. With easy access to I-90, head West to Seattle for work or shopping. Seattle is just six miles away. Or head east a short way to discover upscale Bellevue shopping, theaters and restaurants. Unfortunately there is no bus service located nearby. Parking is directly behind the house on the left side of the garage area near the blue hose. Teresa and I look forward to your visit. Turn Left into the driveway for the Mercerwood Shoreclub--- that address is 4150 E. Mercer Way. Turn left again on the road between the club and the tennis courts. The first house you see is ours. Please park behind the garage on the left side near the blue hose. There is a wooden gate. Please go up the stairs. At the top of the stairs TURN RIGHT and Left and right again to the end of the house. You will see red chairs in front of your space. The code to open the door is. With easy access to I-90, head for West Seattle for work or shopping. Seattle is just six miles west, or head east a short way to discover upscale Bellevue shopping, theaters and restaurants.

The Pelly: An adorable one bedroom near everything

The Pelly is a cute basement unit with a private entrance. It sleeps four in a queen and a sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has a hot plate, a microwave, and a small fridge/freezer, plus a washer and dryer. The Pelly is under 15 minutes to: -SeaTac Airport -Tukwila Mall -Renton Landing -Lake Washington -Delicious local restaurants Renton is a suburb of Seattle. It takes 25-30 minutes to get downtown most times of day. Taking the Metro bus into Seattle is also effective and takes about 45 minutes.

Bright and spacious daylight basement with its own deck with a view of Lake Washington, Cascade mountains and a peek of Mount Rainier. Convenient location with excellent access to public transport and a block from restaurants and cafes. Private entrance with keypad entry, large living room with flat screen TV with Roku, partial kitchen (there is no stove, oven or dishwasher), separate bedroom and bath. Guests with cars can have a space in the driveway. We welcome guests from all backgrounds.

You’ll love our place because it's very clean and cozy. Our central location is only blocks from the Roosevelt light rail station. Beautiful Greenlake and urban forest, Cowen Park, are both blocks away. Gorgeous coffee shops, award winning restaurants, PCC Co-op, Wholefoods, tacos, pho, Thai, & Indian restaurants all within blocks. The soaking tub with endless hot water, freshly ground local coffee, & Smith Teas. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, & business travelers.
