Wonderful top floor near everything! This private and charming apartment is just west of a large wooded park, the zoo, and a large lake with bike and walking trails and boat rental. Just to the North are several blocks of shops, pubs and restaurants. Very walkable, but metro is a block away and heads directly to the core of downtown and the Pike Place Market, with easy connections to the stadiums and the waterfront. Done with the city? Sit out under the 100 year old apple tree in the garden.

The house boasts beautiful views of Lake WA, Seattle, Bellevue, and comes equipped with A/C to ensure a comfortable & relaxing stay. Private mother-in-law (lake level of our 3 story house) on the shores of Lake Sammamish on the Bellevue Redmond border. Close to corporate headquarters of Microsoft, T-Mobile and Costco. Woodinvillle concert venues and wineries within a short drive. Ten mile drive into downtown Seattle via I-520 or I-90. Serene spot with no neighbors living on the shore. Large deck with a firepit table and dock right outside the door. Variety of furniture for relaxation and outdoor dining. Free parking.

Enjoy our lakefront cottage with exclusive access to the lake. Lake Desire is a small, quiet lake just a 30-minute drive from Seattle, and you can enjoy all kinds of nature activities here.
