This centrally located 5-br home is situated in a secure & clean neighborhood, within easy reach of everything: 3 mins to the highway, 2 blocks from Kennydale beach park; Seatac airport & downtown Bellevue are 15 mins while downtown Seattle is 20 mins away. The house boasts beautiful views of Lake WA, Seattle, Bellevue, and comes equipped with A/C to ensure a comfortable & relaxing stay. Private mother-in-law (lake level of our 3 story house) on the shores of Lake Sammamish on the Bellevue Redmond border. Close to corporate headquarters of Microsoft, T-Mobile and Costco. Woodinvillle concert venues and wineries within a short drive. Ten mile drive into downtown Seattle via I-520 or I-90. Serene spot with no neighbors living on the shore. Large deck with a firepit table and dock right outside the door. Variety of furniture for relaxation and outdoor dining. Free parking.

Enjoy our lakefront cottage with exclusive access to the lake. Lake Desire is a small, quiet lake just a 30-minute drive from Seattle, and you can enjoy all kinds of nature activities here. Create lasting memories with family and friends in this idyllic setting. Kayaks and paddle boards are free to use for our guests, but please read the rules carefully. Please note: for guests who plan to bring a dog, we require 2 positive reviews. Also, the pet fee is listed in our house rules.
