Beautiful lake-side self-contained suite. 10 minutes drive from Wanaka with off-street parking and a 2 minute walk to lake beaches, bush walks, bike tracks. The suite is warm, clean and comfortable with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and lounge. Bedrooms come with queen beds, wardrobes and bedside tables. Bathroom has walk-in shower, large bath and vanity. Lounge comes with hotel-style kitchenette ( heating food only) , couch, smart-tv and dining table. Enjoy a sunny private outdoor area with BBQ.

Welcome to our quiet place in a residential neighbourhood We are 5km's/7-10min drive from town in a quiet residential subdivision near Sticky Forest and Lake Wānaka NOTE-NO cafes/shops/bars in walking distance A private guest room, at the back of our house, en-suite, independent entry from car park AND views of Mt Roy, Treble Cone Mini fridge, toaster, microwave, tea/coffee making items. NOTE-NO COOKING OR BBQ Walking tracks close by that lead to amazing views of Lake Wanaka and mountains

You'll love the privacy with your spacious room opening to the garden & trees. There’s books, games, yoga mat, outdoor area. Superking bed, quality linen, mattress topper, ensuite & toiletries. I am a foodie & provide a continental breakfast, homemade granola, yoghurt, baking on arrival after that our supermarkets are close. Walk to lake&Wanaka Tree thru park. 20minutes walk to town, Roys Peak climb or Rippon Wines 5 min drive or walk along the lake to it WANT TO GET MARRIED I CAN DO THAT TOO!

A Good Find

A well appointed studio room with a private entrance and sweeping views of the mountains. The studio contains a queen bed, private ensuite, outdoor patio, and garden area. There are coffee and tea making facilities, but the room does not have a kitchen or fridge. Please note that we live onsite and have a toddler 👶 and a dog 🐶 which means our house is not always peaceful! We do our best to be welcoming, friendly and share our little slice of paradise. We have two e-bikes available for hire.

The Flower Merchant Retreat

The Flower Merchant's Retreat is designed with couples or the solo traveller in mind. Private entrance and deck. Located in Northlake with stunning Mountain views. A 5 minute drive into Wanaka and Albert Town, walking distance to the Monkey Farm, (our local cafe/bar), close to lots of mountain bike tracks. Mt Iron accessible by foot. 40 mins to the top of Cardrona & Treble Cone. The Flower Merchant's, (Wanaka's Faux Flower specialist), "Flower Container" is on-site for a shopping fix!

Welcome to Minaret - you'll enjoy a cozy and private stay in beautiful Wanaka. Our retreat offers stunning mountain and lake views, a beautiful park-like garden, and private external access. Semi-rural spot with multiple outdoor attractions

Welcome to our home, nestling on an acre of land in a quiet location, 5 mins drive from the centre of Wanaka township and an even shorter distance to the pristine Clutha River. We are surrounded by mountain ranges with St Bathans and the Dunstan Mountains forming a dramatic backdrop and blanketed by snow in the winter. The unit looks directly onto a climbing wall on Mt Iron which is only a 5 min walk away. There is plenty of off street parking available, including room for the boat.

Rocklands Retreat

This separate ensuite unit is part of a brand new house. You have your own private access from the sliding door of your personal outdoor space. The room itself is light bright and airy with high quality furnishings, feather duvet and pillows and Egyptian cotton towels. It is a large space with plush armchairs for lounging and a breakfast table as well as outdoor seating.There is a heat pump to keep you cozy in the winter months, Smart TV with Netflix and WIFI.

Peaceful Cabin at Bills Way

Peaceful cabin with large studio room and en-suite. Close to the lake and to highways to the national park and ski fields. Surrounded by trees with a lovely outlook over the Wanaka hills. Fantails and bell birds visit often. It's a short 5 min stroll to the lake and a 5 min drive or 30 min walk along the lake shore to the town centre. Continental breakfast is provided. Pets welcome by negotiation (we have two ourselves).

Wanaka French farmhouse - self-contained apartment

Come and stay at our unique, French farmhouse inspired home, in your own spacious, self contained apartment - ideal for couples and families. Please note, the apartment has a Queen size bed and a set of bunks - the bunks are only suitable for children under 18. Set on acre of olives and lawn, close to town, with mountain views and all day sun, the apartment has everything you'll need for a great stay in Wanaka.
