Crisp white sheets, craftsman furniture, and painted wooden cladding make for a sophisticated yet rustic haven. The main room is cozy with a big skylight, comfortable queen bed, swivel chair, and desk and chair. There is a small kitchenette. An escape into the hills, we are ideally located only a few minutes’ walk from bustling College Ave and Rockridge BART, with easy access to UC Berkeley, San Francisco and beyond. The unit is a large one-bedroom with full bath, living and dining rooms, and a kitchenette. Additional sleeping space on the living room trundle bed, and shared access to the huge, shaded yard with mature redwood and oak trees.

Near Lake Temescal, Redwd Regional Prk, Bart, Hwy 13, Rockridge,Montclair, Dwntwn. We completely remodeled our guest house with a focus on short term tenants. Lots of storage within one of the most quite settings you will find. We made a thoughtful attempt to load the unit with everything u might need while away. The kitchen is functional to the point that you could actually cook a Thanksgiving dinner, multiple frying pans to crock pots a blender or chefs knives. Bathroom sundries abound!

Some small dogs accepted, no large dogs, and no cats due to allergies.
