Waterfront house on the Redondo Beach Boardwalk. Large groups will rest easy at this 7 bedroom luxury home, but respectfully no parties and no outside noise after 11pm. This gem is located in one of Seattle’s most charming and desirable neighborhoods. Walk along the quaint, waterfront boardwalk to Salty's (temp closed). Afterwards, enjoy dinner or a glass of wine on the beautiful fenced-in outdoor elevated patio watching the boats sail by in Puget Sound or a soak in the warm spa. Use my Kayaks!

Along with being very close to some of the most fantastic Universities in the PNW!

We are close to the Aquatic Training Center, many shops and restaurants and 20 miles from White River Amphitheater. A retreat for a couples weekend get-away, traveling business professionals or a vacation family that needs a private space to relax.

What makes this place special is its fabulous location in Madison Park! You are a block to Lake Washington and it’s beaches and parks. Within a block, Madison Park has many shops and restaurants as well as free tennis courts. Our new upstairs addition is modern and well equipped with beautiful views of nature, easy access to buses and its own off street parking space. You can relax in your own sunny private terrace in a quiet location. We are an inclusive & LGBTQIA+ friendly household.

Enjoy our lakefront cottage with exclusive access to the lake. Lake Desire is a small, quiet lake just a 30-minute drive from Seattle, and you can enjoy all kinds of nature activities here. Create lasting memories with family and friends in this idyllic setting. Kayaks and paddle boards are free to use for our guests, but please read the rules carefully. Please note: for guests who plan to bring a dog, we require 2 positive reviews. Also, the pet fee is listed in our house rules.
