Perfect place for staying while skiing at Bohemia, or doing winter activities up the coast. Splits the difference well between the ski hill and places to eat or shop. Comfy and clean place with everything you might need for a week-long stay.

303-2 Twin BD in Quiet Retreat Center in U.P.

The retreat center had a peaceful ambience. There were other guests in the center but everyone was quiet. We could either take the elevator or stairs to our 3rd floor room. The room was clean & the beds were comfortable. It was nice having a small fridge & a sink & mirror in the room. As it was hot, the small window air con unit was appreciated. Men's bathrooms were on one end of the hallway and women's on the other end. Breakfast included packaged goods such as oatmeal, bagels, cereals, plus box juice, box milk, & hot coffee & water for tea. A microwave was available. The outside door was a little temperamental and we usually had to put the code in several times to open it. I think you have to apply light even pressure to all the buttons. No problems opening the room door. The town has a great art gallery & historical museum, both very close to the retreat center. Walking trails on the center were nice. We appreciated a budget friendly option for our visit to the UP.

This is the perfect place to stay in the Marquette area. it's clean, comfortable and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and the breakfast options (included) were plentiful We'll definitely be back.

Lake Superior Suite Jacuzzi & Sauna

Loved this place would stay again, 100% would recommend it to anyone. The sauna was hands down the best thing that weekend offered. The jacuzzi was the cherry on the top as well. Everything was private and worth the price.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming spot! The place was cozy, clean, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. It was the perfect little getaway, and we truly appreciated how welcoming and well-maintained everything was. The communication was great, and check-in was a breeze. We were sad to leave! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and adorable place to stay!

Cute, clean rooms on a beautiful lake just minutes from the International Dark Sky Park, Wilderness State Park, and Mackinaw City. Harbor Lights Grille is a quick walk for a delicious breakfast with great views! Our 2nd stay here, definitely recommend.

This was my second time staying here, and it was great again. unfortunately the power went out in the area, and Rick even came and checked up on us. Really appreciated that. Would defintely recommend this simple place to stay.

Always love staying at the HHH! This is my 6th or 7th time, and definitely wont be my last. I always look forward to staying at the hostel as much as the rest of my trip. Its one of the most affordable spots near Grand Marais which is whole heartedly appreciated, especially by single travelers on a budget like myself. Keep doing what youre doing! Cant wait for the next time around 😎

Right in down town Bayfield- it was such a treat to open the doors and see the ferry to Madeline Island and walk down the street to Wonderstate for coffee and a light breakfast. Wonderful location!

The Magic of Lake Superior

This condo is beautiful!! It was spacious but inviting. We loved the two gas fireplaces, deck with a grill and in-room whirlpool. The view from the deck of Lake Superior is absolutely breathtaking! The location is great just outside of Two Harbors and easy to get to hiking and historical sites. Katherine was a wonderful host. She had so many things stocked in the kitchen that I would not have thought to bring (even little details like sandwich baggies, aluminum foil and salt/pepper grinders). We will definitely be staying here again sometime!

We had a lovely visit in mid-March; our children (5 & 7) enjoyed the pool and rubber duckie claw machine. My husband and I played air hockey (I won!). We had a nice fish fry dinner at the bar. Very relaxing

We enjoyed our stay! Amazing views of the lake, we enjoyed the sauna and the host were very responsive! The Airbnb is tucked away and sits right next to the lake! Feels very private which we enjoyed. The room was very cozy and loved that they had extra essentials (shampoo, body wash, makeup remover wipes) to use in the bathroom. Definitely will be coming back soon! Thank you!
