The Inn at Shady Pines (an ode to The Golden Girls) is locally-owned and remotely-operated by a group of friends who met as real estate agents in metro Detroit. Formerly known as the Feigal’s jewelry workshop, this unit was converted into a spacious and economical unit. A wooded view with a king bed, microwave, mini fridge, Smart TV, telephone, and coffeemaker. Wifi provided. A short walk around our building and you can enjoy our large grassy grounds and ledge rock Lake Superior shoreline. Note there is no view of Lake Superior from this room, and this room is located next to the office.

Room #4 is located in the rear corner of our Hostel, and offers more privacy with a large window with a pasture/ boreal forest view, and features in- floor heat and a comfy queen bed. You’ll love the coziness! A hostel is a budget orientated, sociable accommodation that is shared among individual travelers and groups for short term stays. Mingling & sharing is part of the deal!

The Greenland Motel - Room No. 5

This stylish place is close to the must-see destinations of Munising, Michigan. 1/2 mile Bike ride to Sand Point Beach or into town to catch a kayak trip or Pictured Rocks Boat Tour. This Micro-Motel is a self-check-in 8 unit slightly out of town in a quiet setting. Lots of room to park a snowmobile trailer and ride!
