Come experience the forest from this mountain view home surrounded by Evergreens and wildlife! You may see deer, squirrels, chipmunks, woodpeckers, and bald eagles throughout the day. As night falls listen to the distant calls of coyote or spot a curious raccoon, opossum or owl. This 3 bedroom 4 bath home enjoys spectacular views of Mount Pilchuck and the surrounding forest hills. Large windows allow you to take in the sites and sounds from nearly every room. Just 30 minutes to Downtown Everett.

Reed Manor with hot tub.

This is a PET-FREE property due to my son's extreme allergies and asthma. Lake Stevens is 5 minutes from I-5, 30 minutes north of Seattle. Our peaceful place is 3 bedrooms plus a large bonus room, a spacious dining room & living room that seats 10 comfortably. The house includes a deck, 90 jet Jacuzzi, fire pit, hammock, 36" blackstone griddle with air fryers and a warming drawer, Traeger smoker, fully equipped kitchen that includes the best Swiss espresso machine & laundry room with detergent.

Green Gables Lakehouse

Inspired by Anne of Green Gables and beautifully remodeled by Beach & Blvd, this 1915 lakehouse will bring a wonderful sense of serenity to your next escape. This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

Welcome to Graceland, a space for everyone. Family friendly (including your doggos, dogs must be approved) whole house with large backyard in walking distance to downtown Lake Stevens. Close to local breweries and shopping. Is perfect for a family or business team events. Huge dining area with fully functional luxury kitchen. Large covered deck is perfect for dinner or drinks. Viking 6 person hot tub. Lots of parking! We have AC as well. Custom dog run for the fur babies

River's Bend Cottage-Scenic River & Mountain Views

We have been using Airbnb for years, and are now super excited to begin our journey as hosts! This is a lovely cottage home with great views of Snohomish river and Cascade mountains. Access to the river is a short 3 block walk, where walking trails are plenty. You will find yourself a couple of minutes from either downtown Everett, or downtown Snohomish. Take in the many cute eateries, and antique shops, and water front views that both of these cities have to offer!
