There is no beach access from the property but there and several parks near by and a wildlife conservation park with-in a mile. EV charge with extention cord.

The Historic 1889 Walton House in Snohomish, Washington was brought back to life in 2016/2017 by Snohomish Vacation Rentals. This home offers a charming front porch, large windows that afford plenty of natural light, and many original details that will make your stay a memorable experience. Perched just above Picnic Point Lake, descend stairs to the lake waterfront clearing to relax. Our house is unique; the front door has a tree archway, rounded hobbit doors on the side room and front garage. Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.

Our beautiful home features a backyard oasis with a pool—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Inside, you’ll find a modern design with spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms for a seamless stay. Conveniently located near local attractions, dining, and shopping, it offers both comfort and accessibility. The pool is heated to 85°F from April through October and is closed during the rest of the year. The hot tub is fully heated between 6pm - 6am.

River's Bend Cottage-Scenic River & Mountain Views

We have been using Airbnb for years, and are now super excited to begin our journey as hosts! This is a lovely cottage home with great views of Snohomish river and Cascade mountains. Access to the river is a short 3 block walk, where walking trails are plenty. You will find yourself a couple of minutes from either downtown Everett, or downtown Snohomish. Take in the many cute eateries, and antique shops, and water front views that both of these cities have to offer!
