Двухэтажный дом в центре города Дилижан. С балкона открывается прекрасный вид. Каждый этаж составляет 55 кв. метров, с отдельным входом и представляет отдельные апартаменты. У каждого из них своя кухня и ванная комната. В каждом ТВ, интернет, обеденный уголок, гостиный уголок. Отремонтирован в 2017 году. Мы постарались сохранить старые деревянные двери, сочетая их с современным комфортом. Находится в 300 метрах от муниципалитета в тихом месте. Магазины находятся в доступном расстоянии.

Три комфортабельных дома площадью 90кв.м. В каждом доме две спальни, гостиная-кухня, санузел, балкон с видом на горный пейзаж и реку. Частная парковка, круглосуточная охрана, камеры видеонаблюдения, детская площадка. Благоустроенная территория с ландшафтным дизайном, 2 беседки с мангалом на 10 человек и на 15 человек.
