This magical treehouse was built by Pete Nelson 25 years ago and recently renovated with help from his crew. It sits in living trees on our 5 acre property next to its own little pond and fountain. It has a bathroom with sink and toilet, hot water outdoor shower, wifi, heat, AC & more! Enjoy the outdoor space with, hammocks, grill and fire pit by the pond. Welcome to our cozy guesthouse ADU located in the walkout basement of our newly built home. A quiet & safe neighborhood with quick access to highways 405 and 520. You can easily explore nearby Bellevue, Kirkland and the greater Seattle area. Please note, our Airbnb is located beneath our kitchen. We want to be upfront & transparent about this to set accurate expectations. Our weekdays start at 6.30/7am and you may hear us walking in the kitchen if you're sensitive to noise.
