This boho style Chalet has a queen bedroom & a queen bed loft. The property backs up to a quiet green space. Olympic National Park/Forest is 20 min., & 3 Lakes each a 10 min drive away. Experience healing and peace with the sound of gentle waves on Discovery Bay. Our cabin was built in 1939 by our grandfather who was an early businessman in Port Townsend. He wisely recognized for decades to come this would be a prized place of rest, enjoyed by 5 generations. Our two kayaks for beginners and new paddle board are available for rent. Explore the unbelievable beauty of the Olympic National Park just a few miles away featuring hiking to rainforests, glaciers, and mountain lakes.

McDonald Cove Cabin

Rustic cozy cabin. Open concept for easy entertaining with glorious views of the water. Main floor bedroom with Queen bed plus open loft with Queen bed. The cabin has one bathroom opposite the downstairs bedroom. Great outdoor living with two decks; front deck facing the waterfront. Use stairs to access the beach and boat house which houses two single kayaks, one double kayak, life jackets, and beach chairs for guest use. One exterior security camera, which monitors the driveway is present.

SOL DUC RIVER FRONT-DRAGONFLY RETREAT-HOT TUB😁

Indulge in tranquility at this riverside cabin. Relax by the gas fireplace or cook in the elegant kitchen with a view of the river and mossy trees from the deck. Explore the outdoors on the nearby Discovery Trail (0.08 miles). Visit Sol Duc Hot Springs, Olympic National Park, Lake Crescent, and La Push. Forks and Kalaloch are nearby. Enjoy entertainment on two TVs (1 Blu-ray, 1 Wi-Fi), 50 dvds available, but note there's no dishwasher, and Wi-Fi and cell service may be INTERMITTENT.

Westside Cabin

Our place is just a few miles from the Fauntleroy/Vashon ferry terminal, and minutes from the town of Vashon. Tucked snuggly on the West side of the island, the cabin looks west over Colvos Passage. The cabin itself is essentially a spacious studio-- one large room with a loft, a small kitchen, and bathroom. A queen size bed is in the loft, and the couch comfortably sleeps one person. The bathroom has a large clawfoot soaking tub, and there is an outdoor shower. It is extremely cozy!

Waterfront Cabin on the Sound

Looking for a quiet place to get away “glamp” - our special cabin is the place for you. The cabin is SMALL and cozy. Right on the water with use of kayaks, paddle boards, & canoe. It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs - $50 each.

Olympic National Park - Hiker's Cabin

Welcome, Hikers! Our 30 acre property adjoins the verdant lowland forest of Olympic National Park. From the shared patio, sit and enjoy your coffee or wine and look right down the Elwha Valley to the majestic Olympic Mountains with a view of the Elwha River and Mt. Carrie glacier. The Hiker's Cabin serves as an ideal base for daily excursions to explore Olympic National Park and local beaches. Walk directly from the Hiker’s Cabin onto trails leading into the park!
