Just around 1 km from the center of Skradin, a 20-25 minute walk, our studio is conveniently located for exploring the stunning Krka National Park. Skradin is a picturesque town steeped in history and tradition, with activities like hiking, cycling, and local restaurants to enjoy. Come and experience the magic of Skradin in our home away from home.

House is located in the beautiful river bay in Skradin with view across the ACI marina and it is close to the boat departure point for the Krka National park waterfalls. Big garden contains parking spots. Apartment has separate bedroom with double bed and bathroom with walk-in shower. Terrace is pleasant for a breakfast or morning coffee. Barbecue available. Common terrace is very attractive for relaxation. Nearest markets, restaurants, beaches distant just couple hundred meters. 23 stairs.

Two terrace studio loft near the center

Quiet place 10 minutes from the three town fortresses and 5 minutes from the center will give You unique experience and put You in the focus of events in the city. You will need five min. by walk uphill from the main city square to get to an apartment. It is a small family building with the common staircase that has separated entrances to each apartment. The loft is located on the third floor. There is no guaranteed parking space but there is some easy accessible in within 10 min by walk.

U donjem dijelu nalazi se otvoreni prostor sa kuhinjom, blagovaonicom dnevni boravak sa velikim kaučom na rasklapanje za dvije osobe i kupaonica sa tuš kabinom. Kuća ima poseban ulaz a odmah pokraj ulaza i svoje parkiralište.

My private beach house

Set in very private grounds in the heart of the olive grove. Suitable for family vacations away from traffic, crowd, noise..yet only 7 km from the center of Šibenik. Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.
