Escape to Hayden Lake. This waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing construction from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during the daytime.

It's located 8 minutes to town, 5 minutes to Honeysuckle Public Beach, 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 20 minutes to Silverwood. This serene space will have you relaxed in no time! Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.

This home is secondary waterfront & a 5-10 minute walk to the water. This modern home is as luxurious as it is comfortable. Just 15 min to Sandpoint, ID (5 min by boat) and 35 min to Schweitzer Ski Resort. After a day of skiing on the mountain, or playing on the lake, you can enjoy the covered hot tub and soak in the sunset and view.
