Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You’ll love being able to walk into downtown Jensen Beach, along the waterway, to eat, drink and shop at great local places. The best beach in Martin county is only 1.8 miles from the property. The property has dock access for fishing and watching awesome sunrises over the Indian River. There is a private patio with a charcoal grill and a table and chairs for outdoor dining. The bed is king size and super comfortable. There are 2 TV's in cottage.

Come enjoy a peaceful getaway at our family's shingle house, built in 1936 by Tom Gaskins, founder of Florida tourist attraction, the Cypress Knee Museum. Relax out in the country and enjoy the spectacular wildlife. Access to Florida's famous Fisheating Creek - go for a hike and bring your fishing pole! Sit around the firepit and enjoy the stars. Only an hour from beautiful beaches! Lockbox code provided the day of arrival. Note: there may be friendly/gentle cows who greet you upon arrival.

Beautiful getaway cabin perfect for a quiet time with the nature. There are lots of old trees on the property and great star visibility at night. The cabin sits on 2.5 explorable acres where you can see a variety of different birds and wildlife. The cabin has 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms along with an additional loft upstairs that can fit another 3 guests. Bring your fishing boat and park it in one of the docks (first come, first serve) and enjoy fishing. (Host has fishing rods). There is also a fish cleaning station.

You can fish from the docks, bring or rent a boat, and park it right in your backyard -- docks are first come first serve. The property also boasts a boat slip, which is for use by all residents and guests of the community.
