Inside, bunk south offers all the essentials for a relaxed stay, including a comfortable sleeping area, a smart tv for streaming, and a small dining bar for easy meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with major appliances, cookware, dishware, and conveniences such as a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and starter supplies like coffee and spices. Free wifi, central air and heat, ceiling fans, linens, towels, and complimentary toiletries are provided to make your stay easy and comfortable. Guests have access to a washer and dryer with detergent included, as well as an iron, ironing board, and hangers. The cabin is single-story with only a few steps needed to enter. The homeowner lives on-site in a separate unit and may be present during your visit, and there is another rental on the property with some shared outdoor areas. Driveway parking is provided for one vehicle. Bunk south is pet friendly with an added fee for up to two pets. Smoking, parties, and large gatherings are not permitted. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and a photo ID may be required at check-in. Additional fees and taxes may apply. Bunk south offers a peaceful retreat in a serene ranch environment, giving guests a quiet escape close to the beaches, rivers, and charming coastal towns of the treasure coast. The best beach in Martin county is only 1.8 miles from the property. The property has dock access for fishing and watching awesome sunrises over the Indian River. There is a private patio with a charcoal grill and a table and chairs for outdoor dining. The bed is king size and super comfortable. There are 2 TV's in cottage.

You can fish from the docks, bring or rent a boat, and park it right in your backyard -- docks are first come first serve. The property also boasts a boat slip, which is for use by all residents and guests of the community.
