Cozy cottage located on a sandy shore of Lake Nippissing. Enjoy a coffee on the front deck as the sun rises, lazy afternoons on the sandy beach as waves lap against the shore, and evenings kayaking as the sun sets on the horizon. Front deck with Muskoka chairs and firetable, overlooks the beach, large grassy back yard suitable for kids and pets to play in. Back patio with chairs and BBQ. Cedar Point Cottage, waterfront Callander Bay

Relax at Cedar point Cottage with the whole family, a peaceful place to stay. Waterfront property in the town of Callander overlooking Callander bay. Walking distance to dining, grocery store, convenience store and LCBO. Spend your days on the lake swimming, boating, ice fishing and snowmobiling. Boat launch is approximately 200 feet away. Canoe Retreat on South River. Escape to nature!

There is a new multi purpose dining table in the cottage that is also a pool table and has table tennis available for our guests. The hot tub and brand new wood burning sauna are features you will be sure to enjoy. This building is wheelchair accessible. We are just 10 min off Hwy 11 and 10 Min to the town of Powassan. Enjoy over 70 acres in nature all to yourself. A wonderful peaceful escape for anyone. Located right on the South River.
