The home is a detached guesthouse to our main home, and best suited for 1 adult or a couple but can accommodate an extra person on the extendable sofa (see photos). Music and theater lovers are close to the elegant Harris Center and the famed Palladio Shopping Center. You'll love scenic day trips to California gold mining towns of Placerville and Coloma, or to venues in Sacramento.

Welcome you to private studio with separate self-check-in entrance, and an exterior security camera to monitor the sloped driveway with a free 1 uncovered parking space. Enjoy this private suite with full bathrooms, kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, washer and dryer.

You will love this well-equipped loft! Every detail has been chosen to bring our guests comfort and relaxation. Sutter Street is a remarkable place in Historic Folsom. You will be happy to know the loft is within walking distance of unique shops, wineries and restaurants. Not only can you walk the whole street and explore every shop, and you may also enjoy the nightlife. My property is maintained strictly animal free zone due to severe allergies.

This is a single occupant only space as it shares a wall with our home. Enjoy your own space, bedroom (king bed), bathroom and kitchenette with private entrance and private patio.
