The Lake House Yarrawonga

This absolute waterfront property is perfect for families as the lake is fenced off from the house with a glass pool fence. Located in walking distance to Yarrawonga's busy main st, The Lake House couldn't be more central & is in a much sought after spot! It has a private jetty on the foreshore for you to tie up your boat & is in a protected area of the lake in between the bridge & the weir. It boasts a waterside alfresco area with BBQ & dining large dining table & plenty of off street parking!

River Tranquility - Peaceful - Close to Town

This is a lovely property located in a quiet court. It backs onto the Ovens River so the views are amazing with natural bush land which is seen through the lounge room and dining room windows. It has an open fireplace and ducted heating. In the main bathroom there is a bath spa. There are bikes to use on the scenic tracks along the river. If you're looking for a peaceful environment and like restaurants, cafes, hotels and shopping but still want the bush setting, this may suit you.

Lakeside House with private jetty

It's got a BBQ outside so you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner out there if you choose. Only 5kms into town. For this place you’re not paying for the accommodation, you’re paying for the location right on the water, the views, the serenity and your own private jetty. The Sturt Stay

This unit is close to all that Mulwala has to offer. Foodworks, Purtle Playground and Blacksmith Provedore is all within walking distance. Spend an evening at the Ski Club, Golf Club or the RSL, they offer courtesy buses.. The unit consists of 2 bedrooms (1 x Queen Bed, 1 x Double Bed) Both beds have electric blankets. The lounge suite offers a fold out bed. The outside area has been set up for you to enjoy with a BBQ and seating. Maximum 6 people. Pets are welcome.

4 year old home on 1,321 Sq Mtrs backs on to native bushland with direct access to the Murray River by way of kayak, paddle board or smaller boats. The property sleeps 13 with five bedrooms. Three of the five bedrooms have queen double beds, and the master bedroom has a king double with full ensuite. There is also a bunks room that can sleep 5. Two separate indoor living areas offered with an undercover area overlooking the beautiful Murray River.

Woodbine Waters

'Woodbine Waters' is located in Yarrawonga, It is a great place to visit on holiday, right on the Murray River and Lake Mulwala. The advertised rate is based on 10 guests. 8 adults and 2 kids. Kids sleep on the devan in the second lounge. Towels, linen and basic pantry items are included. A small cleaning fee is charged to cover the cost of linen hire.
