We are walking distance to everything in our quaint town. Seattle is 60 min away, Tacoma is 30 min away. We have amazing hikes & mountain views up Hwy 162. See if you can find Bigfoot! If you want to hike Mt. Rainier or ski White Pass, it's 2 hours away. Crystal Mtn, is only 80 minutes away, for tubing, skiing, picnics & hiking!

Very cozy living room has a peek view of the pond through white curtains and charming and inviting seating. You will find a white cabinet desk for your computer time. Perennial gardens!

Open and spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom top-floor condo (3rd floor) in the perfect location! Only 15 minutes away from Seattle, 7 minutes to SeaTac Airport, and 3 minutes from Westfield Southcenter Shopping Center. Tons of restaurant to choose from in the area. King size bed in bedroom, completely updated paint, floors, stainless steel appliances, and all new furniture. We DON’T allow parties & quiet time is from 10pm to 7am. If not followed we will charge guest $300 during the stay.

Wildwood Studio: beach access, pets, horses

A charming studio on a 40 acre, forested estate. A 5 minute walk through woodland trails to our pristine, private Puget Sound beach, or drive 2 min to the lighthouse beach at Pt. Robinson Park. This fully furnished, light-filled studio sleeps 2 in a comfy queen bed, has a wood stove (wood provided), a full kitchen, bath with shower, picnic area and propane barbecue. Horses graze outside your window; wildlife abounds. Pets welcome with $45/1 or $60/2 fee. A non-smoking property.

Quiet Lake McDonald Studio Apartment

Spacious studio apartment in a quiet neighborhood 15 minutes from downtown Renton or Issaquah. Queen size bed, fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer. In the summer, enjoy shared lake access with kayaks, floaties and fishing in our stocked lake. Firepit available, wood not provided. ***While legally I understand that service animals must be accommodated, I would respectfully request you look elsewhere if you have a service animal as we suffer from severe allergies.

It has a kitchen, large living room, full bathroom, and a master bedroom. You'll love the open space and natural light from the windows. Our home is close to SEA-TAC International airport, parks, public transport, I-405, I-5, Columbia City, Seward Park, Lake Washington, The Landing, Regal Cinemas, and hiking trails.
