The photos on the app simply don’t do this place justice. It is cute, homey, thoughtfully appointed with all the games, cards blender, pens, paper, cooking gear, paper plates/plastic cutlery you don’t have space to bring and often - even at an Airbnb rental- end up having to buy or do without. Boat launch in town is a 5 minute ( by boat) ride away so in a week, we launched once and landed once and fished every day. Already planning our next trip here.

Great little Chalet in the middle of the woods. Second time staying here and would love to come back for a third time. You cannot go wrong staying at Rachael's place:)

We stayed at the Chalet the weekend of Cherry Festival and found the price to be VERY reasonable. We were a party of 8 and felt comfortable with the space and bed layouyt (2 couples and 4 kids). The decor was very tasteful and we noticed all the little touches such as bringing extra dish soap over, fresh flowers in multiple places, and delicious, fresh cookies! There is a basketball hoop and campfire. They have a wonderful deck out by the lake, perfect for parents to hang out while the kids swim. Next time, we'll make use of the grill down by the lake and make a meal down there as well! Plenty to do on the property alone! Becky was very helpful when we wanted information on Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes and provided information on the area before we got there. Thanks for a WONDERFUL stay!

Carrie’s place was fantastic! Easily slept 12, easy to get to right off of a paved road.

there was plenty of room for seven people. the rooms were all big. there was enough stuff in the kitchen to use. the only thing I wish was a half bath upstairs people had to come down to use the bathrooms. but other than that it was great

Great place to gather when you need space! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. We were in town for a family wedding. Lots of great places to sit and talk inside and outside too. Very close to Charlevoix and The Castle Event Center. Would be beautiful in the fall and winter!

We went with a large group, and Jenna's place was the perfect size. She was extremely communicative with me and gave clear instructions for how to get there and what we could expect. The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed.

This is a very nice home to stay in, in a beautiful location with lots of trees surrounding. It was nice to have the 4 bedrooms for sleeping, so everyone could have their own person space or spend time together in the living room/ kitchen dinning areas. The kids also liked there were many games available to play, and swimming as an option at the pool.

The Chalet was absolutely amazing!! The most beautiful, fun, family oriented place we have ever stayed at. They had absolutely everything you could need or want and the place was so much more amazing than the pictures could even describe. Jennifer was the best host to work with. She was kind, friendly and really wanted to make our trip memorable. We loved our entire experience and it made our wedding weekend absolutely amazing!!❤️

The house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for a large family weekend away. Kelli was great to talk to you and communicate with before the visit and answered all of our questions. Would love to book in the future. Also, lots of great things in the area to do and bonus to be able to use the pool.

A perfect place to share for friends and family! It was cozy, comfortable, clean, and having 3 bathrooms is huge when traveling with tweens and teens, there were a lot of hair emergencies!!!🤣 The shuffle board table provided hours of entertainment and we are definitely going to need to stay again to settle the championship round!

This house is super cute, comfortable, and has everything you might need. It is a fun place to stay for adults and children. During our stay we had a giant snow storm and one family staying with us had a vehicle not great in the snow. The owner was very responsive regarding having extra plows and went above and beyond in accommodating us. We were so grateful!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. The location was very peaceful and looking out at the pond was so relaxing. The house was very well stocked for evenings in and we especially loved making a fire on the screened in porch on a chilly night. Everything was spotless and well decorated. Beautiful cottage and perfect place for the weekend. Brandy provided clear and helpful instructions that made check-in and overall stay super smooth. We were down for a bike race in the area and would love to come back next year!

A great place to relax and unwind!!

This was the best airbnb experience I've had in a while. Clearly Long Lake is made for summer fun, but I didn't feel like I was missing out as I have when I've stayed at other homes in the colder/off-season months. The lake was stunning. The hiking & bike trails were accessible & wonderful year round. I really loved the fireplace in the home. Building a big fire & watching the lake out the picture windows after working or hiking or exploring was just the best. The bed was cozy. The main floor of the home were inviting & felt like my place. I didn't get home sick at all. I really loved it! Check it out!

this was a beautiful place to stay for the weekend and only about 30 minutes from boyne! would definitely stay here again!

We unfortunately seen people complain about this place because of the spiders or the bees, little critters, etc… however it’s a chalet in the woods, cozy and comfy! Nice people all around and we really enjoyed the entertainment of the boats going up and down the channel. Will definitely come back and recommend to others. Thank you Sandra and family for your communication and accommodations🤓

It was a cute and cozy lake house! We came to celebrate my fiancés 30th birthday and made it into a family weekend trip (two 6 year olds and a 6 month old) being our baby’s first trip. Sierra was a great host, checked in, and made sure we had everything we needed. The lake house is stocked with necessities and so cute! She has a guest book to fill out and add stickers and Polaroid pictures. Views are amazing. Our only wish was wishing it would have been warm enough to enjoy the lake. No complaints though! We’d love to come back in the summer to enjoy the outdoors on the water. 10/10

Came down for a friends wedding and. The place was great clean and easy to check in. Host was quick to communicate and even offered a complimentary late checkout for us which was very nice after the late night festivities.
