Lis home is great. Handy to get into the city downtown if you drive. Uber rides very reasonable. Very modern appliances. Just an all round great spot. Excellent quality linens!!

We loved staying at Corria's place. It’s a quiet ground-floor unit at the rear of a multi-unit property. The backyard is beautifully lined with rosebushes and overlooks the water, perfect for relaxing lunches (patio furniture available). It’s a quick drive to Park St & Webster St restaurants, Safeway, and the ferry - I commuted to SF by ferry 2 separate days, and it was beautiful! The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking, and there’s plenty of bedroom storage - we fully unpacked for our 1-week stay. I worked remotely from the dining table all week, and the wifi worked great. Corria was responsive and easy to communicate with, quickly helping with a couple of small needs. Some notes: - One bedroom has lower ceilings - better for kids or shorter folks. - Not wheelchair accessible: uphill driveway, then stone steps down to the unit (well lit at night). - There’s an old dock out back - it’s a bit rickety, so be cautious and watch kids. All in all, great location & highly recommended!

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The host was very responsive and had clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They had a good selection of books and games to keep one entertained. Kitchen is well-stocked with utensils and bedrooms and bathrooms had ample supplies of linen and toiletries. The waterfront overlooks Jack London Square and and is a safe place to go for walks. There are a variety of restaurants across the tunnel. We felt right at home and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this area!

Jonathan's place was great. I needed a last minute place to stay with family, and he was very responsive. Honestly it exceeded expectations. I really liked the house and the area as well.

Stunning home on a gorgeous marina! we stayed as a group of 8 and we're more than comfortable.. the two master rooms are wonderful, both with french windows onto the beautiful large patio garden and dock.. lots of soaking up the sunshine, kayaking and dining outside. Very spacious lounge and separate kitchen/diner with fabulous bi-fold doors to the exterior. Lots of amenities and a very home from home feel, we'd love to return! Novato itself is also very pretty with plenty cafes, shops and restaurants, plus we were close to lovely nature areas / bike park, and only 20+ mins from Sonoma and 40+ mins from Napa!

Roble Rd was the perfect place for us to land for a very long stay for a botched all house remodel. The private, gated location was perfect as we had to park bicycles and two cars and my dog had more room to run than ever. The nearby Berkeley shopping and restaurants were wonderful - it's a great location and a very nice house....

We stayed at Michele’s for about 3 months for our travel nurse assignment. The place has everything you could need, at an amazing price considering the area. The sofa bed is so comfy, and easy to convert. Michele is always quick to respond. She would also give us eggs from her backyard chickens every now and then! She definitely took care of us. On Thanksgiving, she even brought us some sweet potato pie. We appreciated it so much since we were away from our families. Michele would drop off our mail for us every time we had something delivered. She really would go above and beyond. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a great deal! Foremost is what an outstanding host Brian is. He was consistently responsive and helpful, and always good-natured. Whenever we needed anything, Brian was very quick to provide it. The apartment was more than adequate for our needs--I especially liked the walk-in closet and the view of the plants on the back deck. The office space was good for getting work done, and the futon couch there could have served as another bed, though the space is open. There is a step up to the bathroom, which has a nice roomy shower, and everything very clean. Also a step up to the kitchen, which can handle one person at a time. Fridge, range, microwave--all clean and of recent vintage. The neighborhood was quiet, even with a handy laundromat and coffee shop just around the corner. We also liked how close we were to Lake Merritt--good walks. We would definitely stay here again, and hope that we'll have the opportunity.

Toni's & Philip's place was perfect. Seriously - clean, wonderful array of amenities in the kitchen, lovely garden backyard with bocce ball, clean, comfy bed, ample bathroom with great water pressure, clean, windows that open for fresh air, filtered water from the fridge, plenty of electrical outlets...and did I mention clean? You won't be disappointed. Walkable to restaurants and we found parking easy on the street. It's only 2 blocks from Golden Gate Park which, no matter how often I visit the area, always has something new to explore. Toni and Philip are the kind of people you wish to have as neighbors. They were attentive but not intrusive in any way. I would definitely seek this place out again in the future. Kudos to you, Toni & Philip, for creating such a lovely space!

I spent a week here when my own apartment was under renovation. It was great! Very cozy, but had everything needed to live my daily life uninterrupted. I got to meet LaurieAnn and she was very kind. I will stay again if I need a place in Oakland. Thanks LaurieAnn!

pleasant decor, all the amenities you could need (Laundromat just next door), friendly neighbors, soft bed, shower has great pressure and all the hot water, even some tequila in the cupboard! 😅 Only thing I could complain about is it gets HOT in there on a hot day but just open the doors and hit the fans. Oh and such nice gardening, fragrant flowers everywhere. Thanks Kyle!

Absolutely gorgeous space! Felt like a 5 star hotel tucked away in this airbnb. The location is in a lovely residential part of the lake that is quieter and still walking distance to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and central heart of Lake Merritt. The cleanliness of this place is top tier and loved the sweet note, gifted snacks/water, and all the personal “you may need” amenities provided in the bathroom too. Alisa is so helpful, kind, & clear with communication. So grateful to have stayed in your jewel of a sunshine home. The design is a mix of modern, retro vibes & everyone about this space is top tier. Thank you so much Alisa :)

Mary’s place was great for my 4 people family trip. We felt right at home. The sofa bed was comfy and kitchen was well equipped. It’s walking distance to Lake Merritt, bus lines, and restaurants. We would love to stay here again.

Dahlia was a great host. She is very responsive and provides much of what one needs at a place- soaps, detergent, etc. It was a comfortable stay- bed, sofa and hang out area, etc. Good bathroom and shower. Lots of storage space in the closet. It is near the Bart and walkable to restaurants, shops. I would recommend Dahlia's place for Oakland.
