The upper-level studio apartment is in a quiet, safe neighborhood in Daly City, with great restaurants and groceries within walking distance. It’s a few minutes’ drive to Bart Station and Fort Funston Beach, and 15 minutes to downtown San Francisco. Uber, Bart You are renting the upper section of the house, the lower unit belongs to other Airbnb guests. Although I have done extensive upgrades on sound proofing between the two units, loud noise or heavy footsteps can still transfer and disturb guests from downstairs. Please be respectful to the space and other guests.

Given the open concept design - there is not a lot of privacy between bedrooms, just a big bookcase room divider b/w the rooms. There are a few sitting area's outside and a green roof too! Includes bedroom (king) with french doors, living room with pullout couch, a covered deck, and cooking area (see notes). Unwind when you arrive with a good book from our library and relax on the deck overlooking the many rolling hills of our breathtaking and wild neighborhood. :)
