Condo 3 bedrooms directly front of the beautifull lake Memphrémagog. In a complex of vacancy, it was renovated with love. Shared Swimming pool inside and outside, sauna, spa. Very well situated, 5 minutes on foot of the main street with his shops and restaurants. table for picnic and BBQ
